The guide spoke little in Italian but preferred to always speak English neglecting us Italians! even if the guide was in English but not indicated during the booking! Bad experience!
This tour was a bit of mess. We had limited time (1 hour tour) but wanted to see castle highlights. Met our initial guide 15 minutes early (1215 for a 1230 start). At 1245, our first guide was just start the walk to castle. Then at little after one we were passed to our second guide in courtyard. He talked in courtyard for an additional half hour and then said we could enter first room at about 1315 to start. Might have been great but certainly not the timeline we signed up for. Had to pass in our headphones and depart before tour even got started.
Very nice, spacious, you can breathe a unique, magical, beautiful air, despite the high influx of tourists. Externally you can enjoy spectacular scenery.
The Pilot, I believe his name was Wiktor, was extremely helpful and kind. So was our guide! The tour exceeded my expectations.
This company changed my reservation date two days before I was supposed to go because of some staff unavailability. Then they completely canceled my booking the day before the experience. Ruined my trip to Wawel castle as it was too late to book another tour. Only decent thing was good communication and I was able to get a refund.
Excellent tour but it went on far too long and in depth for us. The Castle is well worth a visit but a guide is not needed enter yourself and wander round.
Poor planning...we waited 40 minutes in the sun for the guide. No indication in which language the tour gives, only Polish was possible....very chaotic and wawel itself interesting, but the guide talked for 3 hours almost only about the pictures

Awesome and very informative event. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and created a very pleasant "View of the Castle". Tour coordinator even called me, when I went to wrong meet up point. Total professional company!!!

The tour was okay but a few things I didn’t like. The tour was supposed to start at 2:30 but they actually started showing the apartments at 3:15. Also they didn’t show us the famous Wavel Dragon.
Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the timing of the tour didn't meet your expectations. Please note that our Wawel Castle tour does not include a visit to the Wawel Dragon, as the focus is on the castle's apartments and history. We appreciate your understanding and hope to provide a better experience in the future. Kind Regards, Pola ATCracow
My favorite part of the tour was seeing all of the beautiful tapestries in the collection. I also enjoyed learning about the rich history of Poland. The collection of porcelain figurines was also impressive.
