Arthur was a great host. Very knowledgeable and made it so much fun. Took time to go through the history of all the spots we stopped off. Thank you Arthur for such an enjoyable experience even in the rain 😁
We booked to do the two hour Segway tour of Krakow. Arthur was our guide and he was amazing. He was so knowledgeable, he answered all of our questions. Arthur showed us all the bits you would miss if you walked around on your own. The stories were entertaining and he gave us time to explore places of interest. We definitely recommend this tour and Arthur.
Brilliant experience from start to finish. The Segway tours mean you see such a lot of the city in a short time, and the guide (in our case Arthur) was very knowledgeable about the history of the city, and gave us so much detail that when asked the question on other tours have you heard of “xx” our answer was always yes! We did this on our first day and would recommend to anyone - it’s a great way to get a feel for the city and start your holiday.
Tour was really good fun and our guide Arthur was really nice. Only issue we had was Viator never told the tour company that we were on that tour that day.
We had great fun riding the segways. The first bit is instructions and practicing which is very well done so you feel confident to go out on the road. Artur is a very interesting man with an amazing sense of humor. He knows a lot about a lot and especially Krakow. We felt like being guided by a friend. Would recommend 10/10
Amazing tour. Was just so much fun! Our tour guide, Arthur, absolutely made it. He was so knowledgeable and we learnt things we would never have learnt without the tour. Highly recommend and defo ask for Arthur!
The Segway experience was enjoyable, guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately our segways broke down on 3 occasions, apparently due to the cold weather. So there was a lot of wasted time standing around waiting for the boss to turn up to swap them over. We didn’t get to see all of the sites due to this and they didn’t extend the time. My husband dragged one of the segways back to the office in the end, the guide disappeared and didn’t offer to help or swap with his working Segway. Overall it put a bit of a downer on the day and we didn’t get offered any kind of compensation. Maybe get operate better in the warmer weather, who knows.
An amazing tour, Tom was so knowledgeable and helpful, we had such a good time, would highly recommend this trip 👌
Arthur was an excellent guide for this two hour trip. The Segways were great fun and easy to operate. Arthur was knowledgeable and spoke good English. I would recommend this tour.
