No sign of the guide at the location upon our arrival. We were 5 min early. The guide finally showed up 20 mins past the scheduled time while we stood outside in a busy area with no place to sit and in the heat. We requested our money back but Viator refused and claimed they did not have enough information when I had contacted them right away. We are in a new city and not sure of our surroundings yet they gave us no apology or compensation for this poor service.
Our guide Aishi was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed us some wonderful areas including a stop for chai at a local cafe
