Pick-ups are available from hotels near the main road in Koh Samui. Pick-up times are 08:30 AM, 11:30 AM, or 02:00 PM depending on the selected departure time (time varies by location). Guests staying at hillside hotels are requested to meet at a nearby hotel or designated meeting point The exact pick-up time will be confirmed by the tour operator via email. Please wait in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, as late arrival may be considered a no-show.

Zipline itself was great — genuinely worth doing. But avoid this tour operator completely. This booking is just routed through an agency called OH-HOO, and they’re a mess. We had a 2pm transfer confirmed. They messaged and called multiple times beforehand… then didn’t show up. No driver, no update, nothing. When I chased it, their “solution” was to wait until 3pm or make our own way by taxi. That’s not a solution — that’s them failing to deliver what you paid for. Don’t waste money paying commission to an agency that can’t handle basic logistics. Book directly with the zipline provider — it’s cheaper and you’ll actually get what you booked.
