We arrived at airport late at night and communicated with driver for pick up He was at airport and then told us we needed to pay him another $160 cash to go to hotel as it was runaway bay not ochos rios. We had hotel in reservation another 80 each way for what was 15 min more seems ridiculous. We were stuck Had to pay it. Felt ripped off after being in country for 5 minutes! I will say Driver was driving appropriately and we got there safely, but it was a bad start.
Had a very pleasant experience. Our driver was there on time and waiting for us. We didn’t experience any issues with our transfer. We had a late flight into Kingston and a long journey but our driver still pointed out things to us about the island and gave recommendations on what we should eat and do.
It was a comfortable experience, driver was exceptional. He made us feel comfortable , he was knowledgeable and polite.
This was my first time in Jamaica. And my driver Joshua really made the experience more memorable and realistic. I can't wait to come back and I will request him again. He explained the culture and the way of life for a Jamaican.

Went on a girl's trip and my friend booked our flight for the incorrect airport it was a 4hr drive to negril, our drive Charles arrived on time and accommodated our every need, he wanted to ensure we enjoyed the long ride, Charles was the best.
