⸻ The croissant-making class was not as professional as I expected. We were six people, but only two could participate since there weren’t enough materials for everyone. The croissant turned out to be tasty though
Samantha, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I'm glad to hear that you enjoyed the taste of the croissants! Regarding the materials, there was enough for each person, as each participant received a batch. I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused by the participation limitations. Your input is valuable, and we'll consider it to improve the organization and ensure a better experience in future sessions. If you have any further suggestions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.
This pastry-making workshop was one of the highlights of our Paris trip! The experience was incredibly family-friendly and fun from start to finish. The instructor was patient, engaging, and made the entire session feel like a true culinary adventure for both kids and adults. Our children absolutely loved getting hands-on with the dough—stretching, shaping, and especially making cinnamon-sugar and chocolate croissants —easily some of the best we’ve ever tasted. It was the perfect mix of learning and play in a cozy, welcoming environment in someone’s Paris apartment! We’d highly recommend this activity to any family visiting Paris—especially if you’re looking for something interactive and delicious that everyone will enjoy!
Merci for your your review, we are more than happy you had a great time with your family
Yasmin was much fun! Everything we made was so delicious. We had a great time. The apartment is a 5-story walk up.
Merci Brettan for your review, we are very happy you had a great time on your experience
We thought we did the right thing by buying tickets for all members of our family 2 adults and two kids. We had a class with another family who had paid only for two kids (had 3 non-paying adults with them). We had the same experience as the other family … the adults from the other family participated with their kids and ate (and took home) the majority of the baking. The paying adults got limited interaction (other than to help the one child). Would recommend ONLY paying for the children … we were very disappointed with the experience as a family, especially as we had PAID significantly more that the other family of 5. Have contacted company and got the response that “ you got what you paid for”.
Thanks Leisha for your review. As explained by mail for your family each person had their batch to do the experience, one ticket=one batch. As described on Viator we propose the option of parents as companions with a ticket to buy via our site, and thats what other parents did.
Way Too expensice for what jt is. Should cost a fraction. A total utter robbery. 380€ should be no mire than 75-100 euros.
Dear Wissam thanks for your review. The experience is what is presented on our viator site. Not sure what you were expecting as experience
We spent Easter learning how to make croissants with Sol. My kids loved the folding and rolling process and most of all, loved eating our creations. Fun family activity!
Thanks Mama for your review. We are more than happy you had a great time with Sol
The class was fun. It was hands on, interactive and light hearted. The kids really enjoyed it and we got to take home what we prepared. HOWEVER, the location is very far from the tourist side of Paris. We had to spend $70 on an Uber each way to get here from the Champs-Elysees area.
Noura was phenomenal! She was patient, kind and very knowledgeable of the baking process! It was extremely easy for my kids to follow along and they literally did every step of the way! I would highly recommend this to any family looking for something different outside of seeing the sights that keeps children engaged! Croissants were delicious as well!
Absolutely loved the attention given to my daughter, the patience and the constant praise for every step of the process. It's a positive experience for children and as a Mom, I learned so much to assist my daughter so she can make these delicious croissants when we get home! A million thank yous does not express the gratitude I feel in my heart for the epic experience she received!
Hello Rosa, thank you so much for your review I am so happy that you and you daughter have enjoyed the activity. Wishing you bright days and lot of fun! Carlos
This was definitely worth it. Marie was extremely patient with the kids and there were 4 boys in our group. The croissants and pain au chocolate were amazing. We also got to make cinnamon rolls with the left over dough that were also very tasty. This class has brought a great appreciation to the art of croissant making.
