Very chill not over crowded and fun crew made this trip enjoyable. Reef was teeming with life and so many fish varieties. I usually have a hard time with the mask but theirs fit well and didn't fog up or leak like others I've used. The 3 hours is about 50 minutes out, 50 minutes snorkeling which was plenty for us, and the rest just having a good time on the way back. Crew was excellent so tip them well!
Extremely fun! I’ve snorkeled a lot and this was the best in Key West thus far! They put up the sail on the way back and stayed out until sundown- gorgeous!
Despite unfavorable conditions the captain and crew improvised beautifully. Their stress on hospitality and positive vibes made up for any change in direction. The snorkeling itself was also a great time! We saw 8 large stingrays, cool fish, and got to explore deep open waters for the first time.
Good music, Friendly crew, saw plenty of fish, and even a shark. Then rum punch and a beautiful sunset on the way back in. What more can you ask for? One of the more memorable and affordable things to do in Key West. A+++++
Reef & Rita’s was absolutely incredible! The crew was fantastic from start to finish and made the entire experience so much fun. The boat ride alone was amazing, but getting to snorkel at the reef was truly a bucket list dream come true. Beautiful water, great vibes, and an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!
It was awesome!! Loved every minute!! Great crew Nicole and Aibe!! The snorkeling was great a little choppy but was fine!
The staff was fun and friendly. The boat was nice and stable . The gear was in good condition. Nice, calm site. The price was great and the drinks were strong.
They called 4 hours prior to cancel. We had to call and play tag on the phone for a full refund. A refund will not be issued until they confirm with company. We had no time to reschedule or book another experience but saw another 1/2 dozen boats sailing off from company that same evening.
Hello, Stephanie. We very much regret we didn’t get you out on the water with us. The reason we do not automatically refund or automatically request third party refunds is because we try to reschedule the guests whenever possible. If not on the same tour on a different day, we will rebook to a different tour on the same day. The Rum & Reggae Snorkel was cancelled due to winds and conditions. This tour goes 7 miles off shore to the reef in the open Atlantic ocean. We did have four boats go out that night. Three went out on the Gulf side which is much much calmer than the Atlantic and one was our Commotion on the Ocean Live Music Sunset Sail that never loses sight of shore. If you had contacted us directly, rather than calling Viator, we could have given you options to have a safe and fun time on the water.
Don’t book it. I’ve done multiple tours comparable. This one felt boring. Staff barely interacted. Felt like ride there band back that’s it. No one in our group enjoyed it and it’s usually our favorite thing to do. Disappointing
Hello, Amy. We regret that you had anything less than an excellent time with us out on the water as it is our goal to show everyone a great time. The staffs number one priority is safety, there may have been something keeping their attention to ensure everyone's well being. We have many many reviews raving about how personable and professional our staff is, we regret this was not your experience. We hope you will give us another chance!
Enjoyed the reggae & rum sunset / snorkle charter. Because of the weather, our planned reef snorkle was changed. Less visibility, but a great time nonetheless. The vessel was clean, spacious & comfortable. Great music selection. Good drink selection. Great sunset views.
