After finishing a tour of the Angkor Wat and Ta Prohm temples, I was presented with the optional tour of Tonle Sap and floating village. Was able to see a unique way of life and some interesting wildlife. The hospitality of the locals was second to none.
We had such an excellent time with Dat as our tour guide. The experience itself was breathtaking to see, and felt untouched by tourism. Dat introduced us to local people in the area, gave us a history of the area and customs and was on hand to answer all of our questions. Dat was an excellent guide who I would recommend anyone to approach for a tour - he was funny, personable and massively knowledgeable on the area and local environment.

Dat lead our team through three beautiful temples, explaining the complexity’s of the structures and the history behind them. The views and the sunrise are a must see for any person visiting the area.
Had a wonderful time on a boat trip along the river and out onto the lake. It was an insight into genuine life for the fishing community. We saw the houses on stilts and learnt about the annual flooding. We saw how the local people made a living. Our guide, named Dat, was excellent and he introduced us to a local family who seemed genuinely pleased to share their story with us. A trip I will remember for a long time.
