- Please be informed that the Vatican Museums provide wheelchair free of charge in the main lobby. You can easily pick one up upon entering, before starting your own independent visit.
- Please note also that - the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica maintains a strict dress code year-round. All visitors must have their shoulders covered and pants/skirts must come to the knee. Please wear comfortable shoes.
- If you are looking for a tour with wheelchair access you can choose our private wheelchair accessible tour so our guide can lead you through an alternate route.
- Backpacks, tripods and big umbrellas must be left inside the cloakroom upon entering Vatican Museum. To reduce any disruption for your group, we recommend that backpacks are not taken on this tour.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the activity starts. Late commers will not be accomodated.
- The ticket is valid only for indivutual entrance. No guided tours can be done with this type of tickts. No external guide will be acceted. Please buy the official Guided tour offrered by Nicom Tours.

Perfect visit, great guide!
I booked 2 tickets from Ft Lauderdale, Fl to Charleston, SC less than 2 weeks ago. My plans unfortunately changed and I was just told that there is no refund. There is more than a month before the trip. Justairticket is a SCAM.
I am giving this 5 stars because the museum and chapel are outstanding . I will say that the location of ticket pickup was not even mentioned in my booking. I finally had to contact the tour operator (it said Nicom tours on the booking) to be told to come to a tour office called Tours About to get my ticket. This may have been through no fault of rheies but it should be clear in the confirmation. Every other thing I have booked is very clear. Had I not reached out I would have missed my timed entrance by walking around the Vatican entrance looking for this tour company.
We did skip the line self guided tour. The instructions provided by this group for gathering place and tickets was so simple and easy to follow. I had a different experience in 2021. I would highly recommend this company!

I did not get my tickets to the Vatican after paying $88.4 which is double the amount at the door. They said I was late therefore no refund. I will dispute with the credit card company Terrible service won't even recommend them for $10 a ticket

terrible wasnt what advertised got a group tour instead of a ticket where I cud walk around alone. wasted full day
All very smooth, although more information in English would help. We bought our tickets online the night before, paid in £ and just got an email with a Tour company address. When we got there, you get ticked off a list, given a Sticker and told to wait outside, then 20 mins later a nice man came, called everyone with a white sticker to follow him. We walked via the back streets to the Museum entry then skipped the queue and went in like a tour group. We paid double the ticket price but the queue was 300 yards long, 4 wide in 30C. All good really if you want to skip the queue and can afford it.
Fast easy, well organized and got right in, reliable and easy to find. Spent less then 3 min line for security check point.
The Sistine chapel was gorgeous! The museum was cool, but I wish there was more information on the Vatican itself. Skipping the line was great but it was still super busy.
