Gabriel was nice and the photographer Ann was nice. The photos are beautiful that they take. I loved the ride and the cenote was beautiful..it's worth the money!!!!
Thrilling to drive the atv. The guide was full of great knowledge of the history and laid back about and let us enjoy each stop.
Great experience, the tour guide is very knowledgeable!! Highly recommend go see them. They are very professional
DO NOT BOOK THIS!!!!I have done ATV tours in Cozumel several times and this was the worse. There were red flags from the jump, but once your money is paid, there is no refunds. First, there was confusion about pick up spot. Had to call Trip Advisor call center to confirm location. Then, company was 30 minutes late picking us up. Then a random guy comes around the corner, no uniform, asking my name. Then he takes us to a parking lot around the corner in a plain white van. He was limited on information given. W had to ask all questions. When we finally arrive at the location, no safety instructions given. Only new name of company due to helmets on pics (Jungle Runners). As we were riding and it started to sprinkle, that is when we noticed the tires was a bit bald on some of the atvs. On the way back, one of the couples fell off the ATV. They had no first aid kits, but did help out with getting us back to starting location. We did make the best of it, but would NEVER book this again. I really feel that we should have received a refund. Raquel Venson
Victor was a great tour guide. He made sure we were okay throughout the entire tour. The ATV’s were fun! Terika tasting a plus.
My review is for the booking agency and NOT the actual tour. After having a morning dive trip cancelled due to the harbor closure for day, we booked and were confirmed on this tour. However when we arrived at pickup location there was nobody there. After I messaged the booking agency they discovered that despite our correctly confirmed time, they had actually booked us on a later trip. I was willing to move our time but it would have required us to take an additional cab ride, as well as trying to find a new reservation for dinner (on New Year's Eve) so I requested a discount. Agent told me to take it leave it and that I should have booked earlier, so we elected to cancel. While this company may do well if you book a day or two in advance, I would not trust a same day booking with them, additionally I would not expect much help if something does go wrong.
It was a well organized activity, away from the tourist area with a knowledgeable and friendly tour guide.
Victor was very hands-on and made sure we all had a great time. Definitely would go again. The 4 wheelers were a lot of fun.
Did this with my teens, hopped off a cruise. We had a great time with our guides! They kept us safe and were helpful and made sure to get us back to our terminal on time. Allow extra time before and after in case of delays. The ATV was our favorite part, the road was dry so didn’t get muddy or dirty. It was challenging in parts but doable. The tequila was tasty and the cenote/caverns educational. Great all around.
The activity was very exciting and fun, I really liked tequila, the guide was very explanatory, the story was phenomenal
