- Should have good balance and be able to stand for 2 hours.
- For ages 14-70 (anyone over 70 should call to do a balance test)

Riding the Segways was fun. Alli and Carli were excellent guides. They were very informative, safe, and make it a lot of fun.
This was a one of a kind experience to have in Alaska. Our guides Mallory and Phoenix were awesome! They explained how to ride the segways clearly and made sure we were safe (as we were newbies) . They also shared interesting facts and stories along the way. Great alternative to see the Alaskan landscape in a fun way. Highly recommend!

Our Segway tour in Juneau was one of the most fun and memorable things we did on our trip, and Ally made it even better! From the moment we met her, she was so sweet, upbeat, and full of energy We got lucky to have just the three of us and she spent so much time with me. Even went very slow so I was not scared. Ally was a fantastic guide — she shared fun stories, pointed out the best sights, and gave us a great feel for Juneau and its history. She even threw in dad jokes. She really made this fun. You could tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and loves sharing her city with visitors. If you’re visiting Juneau on a cruise or vacation, we highly recommend booking this tour — and if you’re lucky enough to get Ally as your guide, you’re in for a great experience. I had a beautiful tour with Alli & Carli. It was a gorgeous sunny day and they made it a lot of fun to learn about the plants and animals on the Segway tour. They were both really knowledgeable, funny, and were very engaging. The facilities from the van to the lodge where the scooters are kept are really nice. It was fun to learn how to Segway and enjoy the beautiful Alaskan outdoors at the same time.

Kyler and RJ were our guides and the did a great job! They were diligent in training us before we left, so we felt confident in handling the Segway. They were informative and personable and we really enjoyed ourselves. Beautiful Fish Creek and bridge and the turnaround point too.
