Tour starts at 10am and ends approximately 4:30 pm. DETAILS: REGGAE ZIP-LINE CHALLENGE - Begin by climbing a 60ft tower and gliding along 2000ft of zip-line not touching ground until the end where there is a surprise awaiting you. A safari jeep will take you back to the clubhouse to relax and share your experience with others while enjoying a Red Stripe beer and lunch. DETAILS: ROCK SAFARI TOUR - Wander through the wetlands and see its fascinating biodiversity at first hand. See native crocodiles, iguanas, tortoises, snakes and plenty more animals. Visit our natural lakes and spring ponds and watch wading birds in their natural habitats. Travelling through the trail, our highly trained team of tour guides, botanists and zoologists will educate you about the various plants, animals and give you loads of historical information. DETAILS: ROOTS ATV TOUR - Drive through mangrove forests and just a mere 20 minutes away is the golden untouched beaches of Salmon point fishing village.

The pickup time 2 hours before my tour from a Hanover hotel close to Negril was ridiculous and discouraging. They said they only offered 7:45am and noon pickup. This tour is considered 3 tours, not one synchronous tour.

Our first transportation driver was Ricardo and he gave us a brief history of Jamaica, and the towns as we travelled through while pointing out key landmarks. Lockers are available for purchase. Our ATV guide was Ricardo and we had a great experience with him as he guided us around. He didn’t drive too fast and we had time to stop and check the scenery. The zipline is great! You are able to zipline 7 times, going post to post in straight line. You do climb several stairs to get to the stop of each post. At the end is a mineral bath that you can go back to. The cultural tour is a ride through out the property with a guide providing a bit of Jamaica’s history and culture. You stop along to view some animals (tortoise, alligator, and aviary etc). Best part was the ATV and Zipline. A gift shop and photos are available to purchase items. Photos were unable to be printed when we went but they emailed us the photos we selected same day!
We had a great time. So much fun was way past what we expected. The scenery was the best part. The vibe was great nothing but love we were there two hours, possibly three but in those three hours we had a blast.
We had the best time at Jamwest! Everyone was so kind and it was such a fun experience with my family. We did ATV, horse back riding and zip-lining and loved every activity! Fireee and his colleague Odesha were so much fun for the zip lining experience. I had TJ for horse back riding and he was so great! We went with the horses in the ocean and it was truly such a cool experience!! The ATV experience was also so much fun, we saw so many wild cows and goats and got to drive a long distance with two stops. Overall it was a great experience for my family and I and we highly recommend!! Everyone was so welcoming and kind!
Toughest, scariest fun. I'm afraid of horses, heights, & crazy driving. I experienced all 3 on the pouring rain and checked them off my bucket list.
All the workers are super sweet and make sure you are safe as they guide you through the tours. Loved the zipline, horseback riding and atvs. Make sure to wear closed/water shoes and clothes you dont mind getting wet when going horse riding. Awesome experience, me and my brother enjoyed it all. Also it says no phones, but they allow it, so take it and take some picturesss! Just be careful with them, get a waterproof case that can hang on your neck
Ok so let's talk about the culture tour so mad at myself that I forgot out tour guides name but he worked with Kay . They were both so informative . We learned so much about the turtles ,iguana,snakes,crocodiles and of course the delicious local drink and desserts. We had beetroot with carrot juice and also plum juice,😋 delicious. My son who is a lover of animals was very impressed. He has a bird as a pet and was in awe to feed the birds at the bird sanctuary. Experience is everything .We had an amazing day at Jamwest ,it's perfect for the entire family. Lunch was great we had burgers and fries ,the prices were good too. Lastly how could I forget the waterpark. Water is warm and lots for the kids to enjoy .
Zip lining with Extra Fire and Renaldo was the best! Horseback riding was great as well. The long ride in was worth it from Montego Bay.
