Jade Dragon Snow Mountain with Scenic Sightseeing Train Tour

amazing package!! we bought option 8 which included everything we needed for our visit to jade dragon snow mountain. the team was super active and checked in on us frequently throughout the day, sending us timely reminders of our itinerary which included the admission ticket, all cable cars and shuttle busses, glacier peak, blue moon valley, lijiang impression show, spruce meadow, and both way scenic trains. this really helped us to manage our time well. the team also informed us of which tickets to use and which gates to go to (with pictures included), which made the whole trip extremely seamless for us. coming from someone who typically does free and easy, i would highly highly recommend getting this package as it really includes everything u need for an affordable price, leaving u with nothing to worry about (becus planning for timings of the cableways and shows while having to camp for tickets was way too complicated for us). additionally, the hotel pick up and drop off service was exceptional as the driver was very punctual. this package also included one bottle of oxygen per person which we felt was more than sufficient, along with winter gear rental which helped to keep us warm and kept us dry from the rain and clouds (it is super waterproof). overall, you should defo buy this package!!

Absolutely pleasant experience with Aether Tours. The team added us to a group chat with so many of their team members! They had the entire itinerary listed clearly, with all of our ticket QR codes so we didn’t have to worry at all. They even had the driver in the chat and made sure the driver picked us up on time. They checked in time to time to make sure we were doing well with the itinerary, very good service! No regrets booking with them, and even made another booking for a day trip the next day because we had such good faith and trust in them that it will be a great day out again. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time! The tour operator had clear communication and was so helpful. Before the tour they messaged all the information clearly, and throughout the day they checked in with us to ensure we weren’t having any problems navigating! We even received a PDF of instructions on where to go when with photos. Navigating through the area not speaking any Chinese was so easy with the instructions we were given. The show was great fun! Unfortunately we had rainy cold weather so the views at the glacier weren’t great, but it was still a really fun experience I would highly recommend. Great value for money including transport and all tickets for the day out.

I booked a private tour from Aether Tours and it was a pleasant experience. They acquired the tickets for me, assigned the driver to pick me up and drop me off from the hotel, and basically guided me as I went from one place to the next. This private tour is not the usual tour wherein you would be assigned a tour guide however, but it was done in a way that it allows you to pace yourself, with them gently reminding you of your next activity so you won't be able to miss them. They are very helpful from start to finish and I'm glad to have booked it with them. I do have one suggestion: I completely understand that the weather is not something they can control (no one can control them!) but I do wish they would let the travelers know what sort of visibility we are expecting to see when we get to the mountain, the background of impression Lijiang, anything about the visibility of the mountain. :) I know this is a tough request but some tourists (like me) are keen on seeing high visibility (again, not Aether's fault! no one's fault! And I completely understand that Yunnan's weather is unpredictable) of the mountain. Nonetheless, I have no regrets booking with Aether. I am actually checking their other travel packages right now :)
