Had a good day on the mountain. We were picked up right on time. Driver and guide were fine and helpful. Tickets etc were all arranged, so we didn't have to do anything anymore. Warm clothes and oxygen have also been provided. Just a pity about the whole. day rain

During the trip, there was a minor technical issue with the 'Impression Lijiang' show ticketing system. The support team was incredibly helpful, guiding us via call/ text/online to resolve the situation promptly. What impressed us the most was their kindness in helping us recover some belongings we had accidentally left in the car. Our driver was not only professional and safe but also extremely friendly throughout the journey. We are truly grateful for their dedicated support. During winter, large numbers of seagulls gather here as well, their movements across the water creating a dynamic and engaging landscape.
