We will offer you a courtesy drinks during the trip to just relax and enjoy the ride. Our multilingual English/Portuguese/Spanish drivers will point you out about the attractions along the road to immerse you in the nature and culture of our beautiful Costa Rica to make a memorable trip with us. Courteous and experienced drivers are a must for us. We do operate in a secure manner under the Costa Rican laws as a Tourism Operator with license permissions and count with a vehicle and passengers insurance coverage for your safety when traveling with us. Finally, cancellations are free with full refund if made 24 hours before your trip or reschedule it.

Pickup Locations & Times
Please, make sure to fill-out the required information regarding to your Departure including your Pickup in Jacó or Los Sueños area and final Destination location in SJO Airport area. Information such as flight number, date, time, hotel name are the minimum required to operate your transportation services and avoid delays or cancelations. The day trip, we will monitor your flight number through regular APPs in order to be on time with your pickup. Besides of Viator Chat, our preferred communication tools with you will be WhatsApp Chat/Calls, regular Phone calls or Waze/Google Maps. Our driver or representative will be holding a sign with your name to find you out easily and will be looking for you at the pickup point in lobby, reception or parking lot of your Hotel/Rented property, If you are traveling with children under 12 years old or less than 1.45cms height/36KG, He/She will require the use of baby car seats or boosters, please, request it in advance before the traveling day at no cost for you. If a booster seat or baby car seat for children is needed but you didn't request it prior to your trip, we may be forced to delay or cancel the trip due to Costa Rican laws requiring the use of it. (Conditioned to availability) It's important to highlight that our services are not On-Demand or immediate response service type .Our transportation services type require preparation for the driver and the vehicle to guarantee the proper service needs for you and your party. Our van is 12 passengers capacity so, in some rides, the driver will be traveling with an assistant to support and provide value added to your private service trip at no cost for you. International flight departures require to be in the airport at least 3 hours before the flight time for check-in registration please, estimate that time, plus the time of this trip to be on time and avoid delays. We offer sanitizers to comply with health government regulations requirements. Finally, cancellations are free with full refund if made 24 hours before your trip or reschedule it.

Hands down one of the best transportation services in Costa Rica. Francisco was amazing - courteous, friendly and flexible. He drove us to and back from LaFortuna, providing some history of the country to make the 5 hour (one way) trip go quickly. Always asked if we needed to stop for food/bio breaks. Waited for us at LaFortuna waterfalls when it was not part of the original plan. Chose safety over speed and easily navigated the extreme traffic / congestion. Transport to the airport for our departure was smooth and on time. I would give 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend this company and Francisco!

Francisco was an amazing driver! He communicated pick up logistics perfectly ahead of time, was waiting for us exactly as arranged, helped us with our luggage, kindly offered us a variety of juices and water, and we were on our way to Los Suenos in no time. Francisco provided some amazing insights into Costa Rican culture and history along the way, and we arrived to Los Suenos safely and exactly as planned. I strongly recommend Francisco for anyone needing a driver from San Jose.

The shuttle was early, the driver was very friendly and even shared a cute little gift when we first boarded. He even offered to stop to allow us to get breakfast as we were leaving quite early in the morning.

Francisco is so nice, picked me up with an umbrella becouse it was raining, guided me with lots of information about Costa Rica he even stopped for minishopping and animal sanctuarry. Francisco was great, he picked us up on time and gave us a nice tour and history in our way to the airport. I highly recommend him if you are in need of his services.
