Pickup Locations & Times
Pickup in Jaco is included. An additional fee for pickup will be required for areas outside of Jaco, such as Herradura or Playa Hermosa. If you are located outside any of these areas, you'll have to find your own source of transportation.

We had 8 people who did the tour w/ Danny our guide. Cannot say enough good things about him. He rode safely & looked out for the group. Would stop & talk about the different species of animals we saw. Gave some History of Costa Rica & took phenomenal pictures. Great guy! Highly recommend asking for him when do this tour! 5⭐️
The guides are amazing. They take the time to explain how the zip line and ATV worked. They were super pleasant and it was a wonderful experience for my family and I.
Paid for an atv zipline experience only to find out the company was overcharging atv experience for another company and taking a cut. Then expecting me to pay an additional 70$ per person to zipline when I expected the price to include the cost. If I actually drove or got a taxi to the locations it would have saved 50$ per person. Ended up putting the fees towards the zipline only and taking a massive lost. Will never use again. Ps no fault for the actually fualt for ridersrc and canopy ziplines, they are amazing people and experiences for the price.

However, please remember that you paid for an ATV + ZIPLINE combo. We offered you the zipline, and it was a mistake to charge you, but in the end, we resolved the issue and found your payment. On the other hand, we wanted to do the ATV tour with you, but when you arrived at our offices, you did not want to get out of the vehicle to do the tour. If you only wanted to do the zipline, you could have booked that option, which is much cheaper and more accessible. You paid for a combo and refused to do the ATV tour, and that is no longer in our hands. Thank you very much for the review.
Enrique was our tour guide on arc’s, went out of his way to show us wildlife and waterfalls. Would definitely go back and do it again with him. We also did zip line with a large group of guides and it was pretty phenomenal as well. Biggest complaint is it went by too fast and after paying for pick up no one showed up so we had to uber 10 minutes before.
This was not a scenic trip It was a race, These guys don't care about your personal safety, I don't recommend anyone ride these atv's unless your looking to kill yourself or someone else.
After our horrible experience with this company I went back to see what the heck went wrong. I came to find that they have a FIFTEEN YEAR HISTORY in the area and ONLY 35 REVIEWS!!!??? Gaming the system much??? Trip Advisor and Viator need to up their game. This sucked.
Nina was our tour guide & he was awesome patient for newbies & for taking pictures .. loved it… zip line was absolutely amazing they made me feel safe it was my first time doing that as well. Pura vida
My boys and I had an absolute blast! Very well organized day with absolute amazing views. Our guide David was truly phenomenal and made this one of the best days of our trip.
The two trips were fantastic. Our buggy trip was the best. Lots of jungle and mountains trails, beach visit, fun waterfall visit, and riding through rivers. Good value and great tour guide. The following day they picked us up for a 3 hr (round trip) zip line excursion. Again great crew and lots of fun.
The experience is well worth it, so much fun and everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to try.
