NOTE: Pickups start 1 hour before departure taking up to 20 minutes to collect all passengers. Many hotels in the Reykjavik center area are in a No-Pickup zone. In such a case we will contact you with an updated location and instructions. Passengers on Cruise ships are picked up at the main port terminal.

Beautiful landscapes well trained horses and experienced guides, this was the highlight of my trip. Thoroughly enjoyed myself even as an experienced rider
Communication with the provider prior to the excursion was minimal with last minute confirmation for pick up location. You should be capable of mounting the horse independently as no step is provided. The horses are very gentle and friendly, and followed along the path. Although the staff was friendly, they interacted minimally and provided no information about the surroundings. However, the experience was enjoyable, and the panoramic views of the countryside were extraordinary.
Excellent pick up at the boat, nice family, lovely ranch and countryside; beautiful, well cared-for horses; experienced guides. One caution: don't overestimate your riding experience when choosing your horse.
What a wonderful experience. The family that runs the horse excursions and very kind and friendly. They took extra time to educate and help young riders feel comfortable on their horses. The horses were friendly and well cared for. They guides help match the horse to the riders skill level. The trail through the country side was stunning. The ride was slow though you could have asked to go faster. The pick up and drop off was flawless. This was an excellent Icelandic experience
Fun and friendly visit to a beautiful horse farm. Ten horses were smaller and took good care of everyone. My horse friend “Frosty” took commands quickly and was easy to turn, speed up, or stop. Coffee was enjoyed indoors afterwards. Good family event!
This was the best horseback riding I’ve ever done!! The scenery was gorgeous, the horses were gentle and the guides were helpful and answered all questions that I had. It was really nice taking a break in the middle and watching the horses eat while enjoying being in nature.
Nice horseback ride through the countryside. About an hour and a half ride out and back on the same road. Would be better if it was a circle circuit.
We’ve done horseback riding two years ago with different farm and we have this experience now to compare to the first one. Let me tell you Laxness farm is amazing and I would book with them over and over again. I went with my two kids, ages 19 and 9, and we all enjoyed the ride. Amazing staff, very helpful and nice. Gorgeous views and a perfectly timed experience. Thank you!!!
This was a beautiful experience. From the very easy pick up and drop off to the nice and efficient guides everything was wonderful.
The horses were beautiful well kept and calm, the walk in the mountain was great, I would have liked if the owners or the guodes would have talk a bit about the horses their origin and difference between them and other horses, but all in all was a beautiful experience.
