We had our transportation booked and went outside like instructed. After asking numerous people where I could find the driver I was told by the other companies that she is not here. I called the number on the booking and left a voicemail. After waiting around for 20 minutes we just decided to take a Taxi to the hotel. When we are just getting to the hotel, I finally get a call back and she said that she was going to get to the bottom of it, 2 days later and still no update.
Thank you for your review. Your driver was there waiting for you and after waiting so long I had to call you. Sorry for the mixup and we did refund you for that part of the transfer.
Our pickup was seamless and our driver was amazing. We learned about the area on the way to our hotel which was much appreciated. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Waited over half an hour for ride to pickup in airport on arrival. Driver friendly when finally came. Return trip from resort very good, driver arrived at set time and was very friendly.

Learning the culture of the locals. We had a 5 star driver that works for Glee Tours, he has lived in Jamaica his whole life and knows about all areas.
