Once there, visit Orange Bay, each offering a different and special experience. Snorkel through the clear waters, with all equipment provided. Amazing day out. Family friendly Staff were so accomodating. We wanted to do two islands in one day so chose orange bay and magawish island. Orange bay was very picturesque and magawish was amazing for snorkeling and my son said it was the best day ever!
We was not picked up and no communication at all was waiting for 1 hour in the hot sun no shade am awaiting for a full refund.
Ahmed and captain wassim were super friendly and very supportive. I did not know how to swim and they still encouraged me to participate. I would 100% recommend booking with them. They also provided us a lunch box that came in handy after swimming.
Very nice trip done to the islands with a speedboat. Ahmed and Abdul are 2 top guys. 20 minutes after departure we already saw a family of dolphins, since you are in a smaller boat they can sail fairly close. At first I was still hesitating to go in the water to snorkel as it was already a bit colder but Ahmed persuaded me anyway and I don't regret it. The snorkeling spot we went to was full of coral and fish.
Disaster, an absolute disaster!! Once booked tried contacting tour operator for days without luck. Day of the tour was waiting for an hour outside while trying to contact both, Viator and Tour operator, but noone answered or did not get anything resolved. An hour later been told that there was systems fault as wasnt showing my booking on the system, but payment went out as smooth as it gets 😁 Talking with tour operator later, seem like an absolute clown!! Never will i ever book with them!!! Go shalabi are an absolute cowboys!!!!
The speed boat was class. my son and I throughly enjoyed it. The Paradise island was good too and well managed by friendly staff. The speedy travel and short time at the island was enough. The drivers were friendly too but the car wasn't AC as described. My only advice would be to be prepared for no life jacket aboard the the very fast speed boat.

While the snorkelling spots and beach were nice, what was really great was how accomodating the staff were. Due to some unavoidable circumstances we couldn't make it for the pickup on time but the manager himself drove out to pick us up and get us to the boat. The activities themselves were fun and well conducted and the tour guides were very friendly. The next morning, we had a flight to catch and were leaving for the airport when we realized that we had left a jacket in their van. On very short notice they contacted the driver of the van and had the jacket delivered before we left. What a great bunch of people!
We got there on a boat with 2 stops for snorkelling. absolutely amazing spots for those who want to see underwater world. Tasty lunch buffet on a boat , drinks . Pardise or Giftun Island great place to relax and have a chat with other visitors. Utterly Inhabited. Specially built for tourists.
Good staff, good afternoon, dolphins, beach, good atmosphere... I chose the speedboat formula. Team at the top, thank you to Youssef and his 2 colleagues for their professionalism and sympathy. The formula afternoon is not bad because in addition you arrive on the beach when the huge flow of tourists leaves ... Always the first to spot dolphins. I advise!
