Pickup Locations & Times
If your hotel is not listed, it means that you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know which hotel you are going to stay in so that a representative of our company will contact you to indicate the meeting point. and the pick-up time. This service has two different schedules, the first is for a morning tour and the pick-up is in: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN AREA between 8:00 to 8:30 am, TULUM AREA between 7:00 to 8:00 am. We will be arriving at the park at 9:30 am. The second is for a mid-day tour and the pick-up is in: CANCUN AREA AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN between 12:00 to 12:30 Pm, TULUM AREA between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be arriving at the park at 1:30 p.m. Schedules vary depending on the hotel, our representative will tell you the exact pick-up time via email or text message. For Tulum hotels and Airbnbs, the special meeting point will be the Super Aki Tulum Supermarket in the city center. Please consider the transportation schedules for your pick up and drop off.

Important Information
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- If you select a different area than your hotel, you must edit your reservation with the correct area (different cost) through the booking engine.

- Only adults over 18 years of age can drive their own ATV. Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The weight limit is 270 pounds for zip lines, 300 pounds for ATVs, and 220 pounds for horseback riding.
- For security measures, the use of mobile phones is not allowed during activities.
- We recommend bringing: a change of clothes, a towel, closed-toe shoes, a swimsuit, sunscreen and biodegradable repellent, sunglasses and tissues for the ATV.
- Not recommended for travelers with back problems.
- Not recommended for pregnant women.
- Not recommended for travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.

This was an awesome and amazing experience :) staff was amazing and knowledgeable :) Horseback riding was good, although I thought it was going to be more scenic, horses were wonderful :) only negative, Saddles were severely worn and uncomfortable. Next, we went to Cenote, OMG I still can't believe I dropped 20 feet backwards into that cold water LOL but it was an experience :) Next, we went to the ATVs, only negative ATVs were very worn, and the whole ride is rugged, but fun experience :) then it was off to Zip Lining great experience :) a little scary at first, but the staff was incredible and made it funny:) The tequila tasting was good, (if you're not used to drinking) prepare to be half lit LOL, the girl was very knowledgeable and funny :) enjoyed a little dance show and ate :) the photographer got great pictures and was very nice :) All in all, it was a wonderful experience and a lot of fun and will tire you out :)

This was an exciting adventure experience! Lisa and Angel were amazing! Lisa kept us laughing the entire time, and Angel took phenomenal pictures that we ended up purchasing for about $90. Also, shout out to Jorge, the driver who picked us up, for allowing us to change our drop off spot at the end, which was so much more convenient. It was a lot of activities for a great price. The only downside was rushing from one activity to the next, but during the actual activity itself there was no rushing. It was all about being safe and enjoying yourself. We would book another tour with this company 100% ❤️
