This tour includes pick up and drop off from your hotel or cruise port in and around Ocho Rios Come and spend the day and enjoy the thrill of rafting on the White River in Ocho Rios. Enjoy rafting on the White River take in the beautiful scenery, watch the birds and learn about the different trees and plants along the way. You will stop briefly to enjoy the rope swing and relax before completing your journey down the river. We then head out for horseback riding in the ocean with great guides who will ensure you have a great time, the ride begins on the trail off the beaten path then along the sea shore then aride into the ocean.

After pick up from your Ocho Rios hotel or cruise you will be chauffeured into a fully Air- Conditioned van, with live commentary and a bottle of refreshing water . Your day begins with Rafting on the White River where your guide will tell you the names of the different types of birds and trees as you pass them along the river banks. This is an exciting rafting along the White River where you will be amazed by the beautiful scenery. Enjoy the challenging rapids as well as the enchanting and peaceful lagoons! Rafting is approximately 45-60 minutes and allows you to catch some rapid rides but most of the way you can relax and listen to the birds singing. During your rafting The next stop will be Horseback riding where you will be guided by professional Guides who will take you along the trail and into the ocean , take some amazing photos. after we will take you for authentic Jamaican lunch ( optional) then we take you back to your hotel,villa or cruise port

Dane from Marvyn’s Paradise Tours was great, very knowledgable and showed us all of the sights while driving between excursions. We would definitely recommend him as a driver ☺️ The horse riding was lovely - especially riding the horses in the sea, but it all felt a bit rushed and we felt pressured afterwards to buy the professional photos that were taken ($80 for the photos!!!). We didn’t buy them and the staff seemed quite annoyed by this, immediately walking away and not speaking to us anymore. The rafting experience wasn’t worth it in our opinion - again it all felt quite rushed, we didn’t get to spend a lot of time on the river as we made multiple stops along the way to either buy drinks, to buy gifts or to get a mud mask ($40). We had to get off the raft to look at the gift stalls, despite not wanting to, and were hounded by all of the staff there to buy their gifts - being pulled in different directions. We ended up buying a couple of things after a while just so that we could get back onto the raft and continue our experience. Overall, we both said that it really put us off being hounded to buy extras on top of the experience (despite giving generous tips for both experiences), and we felt that we couldn’t properly enjoy ourselves as they just wanted us to spend as much money as possible rather than wanting us to have a good time.

The guide was super nice and took plenty of photos for us on my phone. Need a better route. Not very scenic

Had a great time river rafting and horse back riding for my husband’s birthday and our driver was great he made sure we were comfortable and was very nice! Will be coming back and book again!

The horseback riding was a nice experience. However, the bamboo rafting experience wasn't so pleasant. My niece and I was offered a foot massage whilst on the raft which lasted about 4 minutes. At the end of the ride, to our surprise we were told that we owed $80 for the massage. Keep in mind that we had already paid $150 for the raft and horseback riding. My advice to you when arriving to your excursions. Deny everything they offer you because you will be charged at the end of the trip.

My tour guide was very nice and looked out for my two friends and I. We were all girls so we were a little worried but they made sure to keep us safe. He gave us a little history. He took us to both places and waited for us. It was my birthday during the trip and I was accommodated for that which I really appreciated. We stopped by somewhere to eat as well. I had a very good time thanks to this tour company

bamboo rafting was great and the guy who took us around was cool too, BUT one of the horse riding guys got really rude when I said he shouldn’t touch me and at one point he started hitting that horse multiple times!
