Company called us before the pick up time and asked us where is our exact location . Driver was very helpful .
We were never picked up, waited at the agreed location at the airport and the shuttle never showed up. We ended up paying for a Lyft to get us to our hotel. Calling was no help, all they said they saw a cancelation. But no problem taking payment for a service never provided.
Horrible experience as the shuttle was a no show. We waited close to 1 hr. No response from operator on pick-up at airport. Needed to book a taxi/Uber.
Ride and everything was great except for the driver being almost an hour late. That’s really unacceptable really. Why have a scheduled pick up time if the company was surprised by my call 10 minutes before pick up, and the guy shows up an hour late. Everything else was fine. You would think the company would offer a vouchers or money back. Something. I’m scheduled for them to take me to the airport for departure. I hope it goes much better than the first ride.
The one hiccup was my luggage was off with a cruise tour group. We had to double back to retrieve my luggage.
The reason this was not a 5 star was the challenge with communication but once we talked with someone it went very smoothly and quickly. The site says to contact them 24 hours prior to confirm flight times and I sent messages through the WhatsApp and tired to talk with them via Viator messages with no response. But once the plane landed, I called them and then things worked. Not sure why the site asks to alert them, in advance, if they never respond. Driver and ride went well.
The driver never showed up. We had to pay for other transportation and there were 10 family members in our group.
I paid shuttle service for 2 adults and was never picked up from the airport ! I called two phone numbers provided, they never answered my call I had to pay an uber service to be picked up.
That you won’t get picked up after you paid your money. We have nothing good to say about this transportation service
This was a rough start to our HNL getaway. Customer service on the phone was not good. We circled back to the airport 3 times to pick up more people until the shuttle was full. I should have grabbed a Lyft for the same price and would have gotten to my hotel an hour sooner.
