We very much enjoyed the cooking class and the great food that we prepared with the help of Somsay and his family. The Baci ceremony was something very special for us, no fake and no strange feeling but very friendly people, deep believes and a warm atmosphere. We also liked the market and learned a lot about all the different herbs and how they are prepared and used. Thank you very much for this very special experience. We highly recommend it.
So much better than most organized tours/experiences. The evening was well- designed to balance education, fun, and depth. Fantastic host and staff, meaningful ceremony, super fun, delicious, and we learned a lot!
Amazing! Great value for an informative, fun, unique and informative experience. Very memorable. Do it.. you will not regret it.
Extremely satisfied after s close and personal culinary and cultural experience. Our whole family with kids loved this experience which gave us an unique insight into Lao traditional ceremonies and food culture. Highly recommended!.
This is a family run business, if you want to experience real Laotian people, kindness, warmth and outstanding Laotian food go to this place.
An authentic evening of traditional ceremonies and amazing local food. The sticky mango rice is just the best. Lovely family run business, with local people helping, lovely place over looking the paddy fields and the mountains.
Great experience either way the Baci welcoming ceremony with people from the village, praying and chanting, followed by a delicious dinner of local dishes. The setting is beautiful and calm, about 10 min away from the noisy city center
Incredibly personalized and authentic experience we absolutely loved!!! Every part was exceptional from visiting the market to being welcomed into someone’s home to learn and participate in a baci ceremony, We then went to an outdoor kitchen to help prepare the multiple course meal. It was all a once in a life time experience!!!
