The Griffith Observatory is a facility in Los Angeles, California, sitting on the south-facing slope of Mount Hollywood in Los Angeles' Griffith Park. It commands a view of the Los Angeles Basin, including Downtown Los Angeles to the southeast, Hollywood to the south, and the Pacific Ocean to the southwest.
The Hollywood Walk of Fame comprises more than 2,600 five-pointed terrazzo and brass stars embedded in the sidewalks along 15 blocks of Hollywood Boulevard and three blocks of Vine Street in Hollywood, California.
Rodeo Drive is a two-mile-long street, primarily in Beverly Hills, California, with its southern segment in the City of Los Angeles. Its southern terminus is at Beverwil Drive, and its northern terminus is at its intersection with Sunset Boulevard in Beverly Hills.
The Hollywood Sign is an American landmark and cultural icon overlooking Hollywood, Los Angeles, California. Originally the Hollywoodland Sign, it is situated on Mount Lee, in the Beachwood Canyon area of the Santa Monica Mountains.
The origins of the market started in 1880, when Arthur Fremont Gilmore and his partner, who had come from Illinois, bought two dairy farms in the Los Angeles area. Gilmore bought what is now called The Original Farmers Market, and his partner bought the land plot nowadays known as The Grove. The partners elected to split their holdings ten years later and Mr. Gilmore took control of the large 256-acre ranch, its dairy herd and farmhands at what is now the world famous corner of 3rd & Fairfax. Pickup Locations & Times
Pickups from the airport, or cruise port, please give us a call once your are ready for pickup. Your tour will start at your scheduled pickup time. However, we do understand that sometimes your flight and your disembarkation may be delay, thus we give 1 hour free time. Pickup from any other locations: Be ready at your designated pickup location within 10 minutes before your tour starting time.

- RapidShuttle staff will do their best to track flights Arrivals for all Private Services. However, it's the Traveler responsibility to contact us and inform us of any delays, cancellations or flight changes. In addition, is the Traveler responsibility to let RapidShuttle's agents know if they are running late due, but not limited to Luggage, Costumes, and or Emigration Issues.
- Guest is responsible to notify RapidShuttle for any delays. After the allocated waiting time, if no contact with the party, RapidShuttle reserves the right to record the trip as a No-Show by the Guest. No-Shows are Not Refundable.
- Drivers are not allowed to collect payments onboard for the exception of tips. Any cash, or any other form payment made directly with the driver it will be considered tip/gratuities.
- RapidShuttle is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles; please ensure you have all your belongs upon exiting the vehicles. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
- Collapsible wheelchairs/Scooter with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the Guest(s) is/are accompanied by someone who can assist them, board, disembark and disassemble/assemble the wheelchair/scooter. Please keep in mind that Wheelchairs/Scooters may not fit in a vehicle luggage compartment designated for 1-2 Passengers (Sedan), or 3-4 Passengers (Minivan). Due to the fact that Wheelchairs and or Scoters vary in Size, Shape, and Form. It is the Guest(s) responsibility to ensure that such items can fit on the selected vehicle and or passenger group. Due to liabilities, the driver is not allowed to assist in the disassembly/assembly of the wheelchair/scooter, nor assist the Guest(s) board or off-board the vehicle. RapidShuttle vehicles are Not equipped to provide Access/ADA services. In the event, that the wheelchair/scooter cannot fit in the baggage compartment, nor the Guest(s) have the ability to board the selected vehicle/service; RapidShuttle it will do their best to find an alternative service for the Guest(s) at their own costs. The Guest(s) understands that these costs will be in addition to their initial cost for the reservation. The Guest(s) as well understand that in the event that RapidShuttle's driver cannot accommodate the Guest(s) due to their own ability to board, and/or off-board the vehicle, and or the scooter or wheelchair cannot fit in the baggage compartment, RapidShuttle reserves the right not to issue a refund for the services.
- Due to unforeseen events such but not limited to Road Conditions, Mechanical Failures, Over Bookings, RapidShuttle reserves the right to hire a RapidShuttle Affiliate and or Partner to provide transportation for a scheduled pickup. The service type and cost will be equal or greater from what the Client has paid. In such cases, the information provided to The Affiliate and or Partner it will be limited to the Client's name and contact phone number, arrival/departure flight information, and pickup/drop off information. In the event RapidShuttle sees the needs to use one of our Affiliate's and or Partners to provide a scheduled pick-up, RapidShuttle it will Not Charge the client any extra fees. These measures have to be in place to ensure that our clients do not get services interruptions or to avoid any unnecessary delays.
- Luggage allowance, Extra/Oversize luggage or items: Your service includes only one (1) checked bag up to 50 lbs. and one (1) carry-on up to 20 lbs. Its the customer's responsibility to (1) ensure the vehicle they have selected can accommodate their luggage plus the number of passengers, and (2) to inform us if they have additional luggage, extra large/oversize luggage or items. If the customer fails to notify the tour/service operator in regards these items; at the tour/service operator discretion, they can either request for a large or an additional vehicle to accommodate the items listed outside the allowance given, and or charge an additional fee per the additional and or extra large/oversize luggage or items.
- Child seats: Upon request, the tour/service operator will provide a child and or a booster seat. Additional fees may apply.
- Waiting time: Upon request, the tour/service operator may provide an additional waiting time if possible. Additional fees may apply.
- We pickup and drop-off at Airports, Cruise Ports, Hotels, and private accommodations with the selected regions. Tour times are based on the starting end ending locations.
- Your tour guide is guaranteed to speak English; however, while the tour operator will do its best to provide a bilingual guide, it is not guaranteed.

Our Los Angeles 5-hour tour was a great experience from start to finish. There wasn’t any communication with Sam until he showed up at the hotel. We started at 9am to try and avoid the traffic rush. Our guide, Sam, was friendly and knowledgeable. He was up front about his accent, which was a non-issue for us. Visiting Beverly Hills was beautiful, and even just driving through Rodeo Drive was exciting, it really gives you that classic luxury LA feeling. We spent a little time at the Hollywood walk of fame. Santa Monica Pier had incredible ocean views and a lively atmosphere, while Venice Beach was full of energy, art, and unique character. Seeing the Hollywood Sign was the perfect way to complete the tour. Sam made sure that we were comfortable and shared interesting facts throughout the day. The only thing I would lower the score for is the van could use some TLC but not enough to take an entire point off. Would recommend this tour for anyone wanting to experience the best highlights of LA!

A perfect tour between getting off our cruise and going to the airport. We wanted to see all the LA sights, but it felt overwhelming to do on our own. This tour was great and our guide was fantastic!

Great tour of LA. Loved that Paulo helped incorporate some sights that we were interested in seeing. We would have not been able to navigate these stops on our own. If you have a day in LA, I highly recommend.

Great experience but no real tour just driving and dropping off. If you want an actual tour with history of LA you need to book something else. We were ok because I have been to LA before but was a little disappointed that there was little to no actual commentary on the historical significance, etc. Driver was otherwise great and reliable.
