I f you like a quick escape from the bustling city of Seoul to see some nature, this is a tour you will not regret. Despite the heat of summer, we enjoyed the cool climate of lake sanjung in the mountains. Thereafter, we also had a nice time at the Hantangang geopark as well as herb island. We also picked strawberries at a farm and they were very delicious. We would like to thank Richard, our guide and driver for a wonderful experience.

This is a must do if you are in Seoul. However you must buy the tickets online in advance, and even that, getting a ticket is not a guarantee. I will suggest you don't try to get the ticket at the gate on the date of your visit. The ticket allows you to get into the garden at designated time with a guide. Once you are inside, you are actually free to stay as long as you can until closing time, or walk around without following the guide. The place is beautiful with lots of spots for photos.
