I booked the [Group/Private] Best DMZ Half-Day Tour Led by a Retired Military Officer from Seoul for two people, and we really enjoyed the experience. Our guide, Eddie, served in the military for seven years, and his firsthand experience added a unique perspective to the tour. He was very knowledgeable and explained the history and current situation of the DMZ in a clear, engaging way. He also shared personal stories from his military service, which made the tour feel much more authentic and gave us a deeper understanding of life near the border. Throughout the tour, Eddie was friendly, professional, and happy to answer questions. He did a great job balancing historical facts with personal insights, making the experience both educational and memorable. The itinerary was well organized, transportation was smooth, and everything ran on time. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Seoul, especially if you’re interested in learning about this period of history.
Our guide Jason park is an excellent tour guide, with his many years of experience in the military side, he gives us assurance and keep us safe whenever the tour starts. Very knowledgeable, and we get to listen to his past stories related to the tour we went. Activities was planned really well by him and I would strongly recommend him as the preferred tour guide when it comes to DMZ tour. Good job!
This trip was very enjoyable, although it was hot, my guide Jason gave me all the information needed. He was detailed in explaining it, kind, and had a sense of humour. I 100% recommend him as your tour guide if you’re planning to book!
I enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Jason, spoke the entire time during our bus ride about Korea’s history and used a tablet to show pictures which I thought was engaging and educational. There was only one stop that I thought we didn’t have quite a lot of time to spend, but that was mostly because we chose to get something to eat. Overall, Jason did a great job!
Retired Officer Jason was very informative throughout the tour, he gave us incredible in-depth information and knowledge no one else could give because of his military experience.
Have very positive reviews on the DMZ tour with Jason as our guide. His English is very good. With his background as a military officer, he can talk a lot about DMZ so he is fit to guide this tour. Highly recommended!
Jason was a very informative guide, he was very friendly and I learned a lot from him. This trip helped me sympathize more with the Korean people, and opened my eyes to the strugglea they have overcome over the years.
