The Olympic Stadium is the largest stadium in Finland. It was constructed for the 1952 Summer Olympics. Nowadays it still hosts many important activities, e.g., the Helsinki City Marathon and many other games each year.
Helsinki Cathedral, the symbol of Helsinki, is the iconic building of the city, and is Finland’s most famous and photographed building. The church is part of Helsinki’s Empire era centre and a landmark for those arriving by sea. Admission fee is included in this tour.
Senate Square is surrounded by the Helsinki Cathedral, University of Helsinki buildings, and Government Palace. The statue of Alexander II (1894) stands in the middle of the Senate Square.
Open in the beginning of the 19th century, the Esplanadi Park is one of the must-not-miss spot of the city. Cruise along the Park, you will see the beauty of Nordic architectures and enjoy the atmosphere.
The Uspenski Cathedral is considered to be the largest Orthodox temple in Northern and Western Europe! Admission fee is included in this tour.

This was a great tour although a little rushed, mostly due to crowd numbers in the city and surroundings. Our guide was really informative and very mindfull of keeping us from getting separated. Some areas of this tour would be difficult for anyone with mobility problems. Sadly we missed entering the museum on Suomenlinna but time did not permit. Overall it was a good tour.
A nice comprehensive tour hitting the highlights of the old town and kept with the ferry ride to the Fortress Island. Excellent guide, no-frills.

The bus content was very similar to our previous days “hop on hop off tour” , so that was a little bit disappointing Our guide was probably the weak link, but we really enjoyed the island part of the package We Would certainly recommend this tour to others, but with luck you’ll get a more inspiring guide
Too long and hot for walking in Soumenlinna the ferry wasn’t new and comfortable not so informative tour the guide was a little more expressed not bad guy but a little strange for me
We had an awesome tour with Peter. We went around the city in a very nice, spacious bus, best tour bus we’ve have ridden so far. Peter was very knowledgeable, friendly, very patient, considerate and gave us ample time to take pictures and we were never rushed. We were picked up from the hotel and at the end of the tour, we finished off at market square which is about 8min walk from the hotel.
Wonderful tour, lots of walking so need good shoes!! Sonna our guide was wonderful and so full of history and information, with a sense of humor also she made our day!!

Had a good introduction to some of the highlights of Helsinki including a ferry ride to the fortress. Included a lot of walking, but it was a beautiful day. Tour guide was very good.
Good introduction to key Helsinki sites and excellent guided tour of Suomenlinna Island Fortress. Bus ride portion was good but, as it was Sunday, guide should have scheduled Uspenski Orthodox Cathedral visit to not conflict with service period---entry prohibited. Also could announce when and where bathrooms could be accessed. The Suomenlinna portion was led by a knowledgeable man, Ed, who really knew all of the important history and was an accomplished speaker.
