It’s worth every penny!

This was the highlight of our Alaskan cruise! Walking on the glacier was an unforgettable experience. Everything is very organized. When you arrive you they have everything ready for you based on your sizes..pants, coat, shoes. They also provide gloves. The only outwear you need to bring is a hat. Loved every minute!

An incredible experience.

Landing on the Mendenhall glacier was an emotional experience. Our young guide Ari (short for Aristotle) was chill (no pun intended!) and informative and interesting and perfect. The whole operation was staffed with helpful, friendly, professional people that made the experience so wonderful. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND IT!!

One of the best experiences of my life.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They were genuinely interested in making sure my wife and I had a great time. Also, they seemed just as excited for us as we were to see the glacier for the first time. They gave us everything we needed for the trek and even a drink and snack. The pilot was very nice and professional. The guide was also super friendly and knowledgeable. He taught us a lot, was very helpful, and even helped a lot with taking pictures. His name was Sean, I recommend him.

A MUST in Juneau

This was an incredible experience, and the tour operators were fantastic. My family’s athleticism is a mixed bag: I’m an avid climber, while my mom and aunt had never even touched a climbing rope before. Everyone was a little concerned going in, but our guides — Cody, Sam, and Owen — were incredibly friendly, patient, and encouraging as they helped everyone get up the ice walls. Nobody on the tour was disappointed. Everyone in my family agreed it was our best excursion yet. If you’re even reading this review, you should absolutely book this trip. NorthStar gave us the perfect day trip in Juneau as well as plenty to talk about at the brewery when we got back to town. Special shoutout to Eli, our pilot, who made the flight up to the glacier even more interesting with his knowledge and commentary.

Trip of a lifetime , you wouldnt wanna miss.

I just came back from my Heli ice climbing glacier tour with them today . This was my second tour with them . I did Heli Glacier hiking tour yesterday as well. Everything from pick up , to instructions about safety , and the support from all the staff may it be ground or the field was amazing . The guides were funny and educative. I really loved this company . Highly recommend them for all you glacier tours. They are also affordable as compared to others in south central region. Over all experience 5/5. 16 th May 2026. A traveller from India.

Fabulous Experience

I highly recommend this tour. We had a great bus driver. And we had 2 amazing guides On the glacier itself. I just want to mention that you are given jackets and boots and snow pants along with water and a snack so don't worry about all that stuff it comes with the trip I don't forget to tip the tour guides 10 bucks apiece they are awesome.
