Our local tour guide will pick you up at Ninh Kieu Wharf and then head to the Cai Rang floating market by wooden boat.
Arriving in Cai Rang floating market, learn the history, cultural values, bustling trading scene, and amazing people there. Visit the local traditional rice noodle factory to see how to make Hu Tieu - rice noodle, step by step. Try a special crispy homemade “rice noodle pizza” that you cannot buy anywhere else.
-Learn about many rare and typical fish on the Mekong River here. Learn local technique in raising strabismus fish as well as many other fish at a local fish farm. Enjoy Koi Fish massage. -Walk around local tracks and stop by the local tropical fruit garden and enjoy some seasonal fruit right in the garden. -Experience making Vietnamese traditional cakes with a local host. -Continue move to another local host to explore how people making “pop rice” a memorable snack of many generations in the Mekong Delta. -Visit a family on Son islet, be satisfied with the performance of "flying snakehead fish" only in Vietnam. Enjoy Vietnamese lunch with local dishes. - Return to Co Bac Ferry Station. Our tour guide say farewell to guests for a great trip.

I came up last minute solo and was able to get a spot. Very accommodating and had a very chill boat ride. The tour guide was very knowledgeable as well.
We had the most wonderful day with An! She is a lovely knowledgeable thoughtful person who took her time explaining things and showing us some of the magic of Can Tho. I feel very grateful that she was our guide today. 5 stars!!!
