Located north of Cairns, Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures is the best place to see crocodiles and Australian wildlife in Tropical North Queensland. Walk along the timber boardwalks and pathways, through woodlands and rainforest to see an array of tropical birds, reptiles, insects and other native fauna. Start your adventure with a boat cruise exploring the Melaleuca wetlands, home to the estuarine (saltwater) crocodile. Then, explore the different zones of the park at your leisure. There are entertaining and educational wildlife presentations to enjoy each day. (See below for times.) Watch the notorious ‘head shake’ and ‘death roll’ at the Crocodile Attack educational show, see some of the world’s most venomous snakes, and help feed the koala’s and cassowaries. Cavel was a great driver, he had a lot of knowledge about the area and made us all laugh. Trip could be a little earlier than what it was, only as we only had about 2 hours to explore the park when we eventually got there. Overall good tour though
My partner and I paid $130 for this. If you booked straight through Harley’s crocodiles it’s only $50, this includes the boat ride as well. Definitely do not recommend booking in through this.
Even though it was a half day tour, we got 2.5 hours to see everything. So much time got eaten up by traffic. You can’t see everything if you want to watch all of the shows and go on the boat ride. This tour needs more time
One of my most memorable adventures in Cairns. Tania, the photographer was so kind and professional. She helped me hold a croc for the 1st time. The big crocodile show was awesome. Everything was awesome. Don't miss it!

We spent the afternoon at Hartley's and had a wonderful time. The shows are fantastic and you learn so much. The park is easy to navigate and you see all kinds of Australian wildlife!

Great for teenage kids everyone had a great day. Both my kids have it a 10/10 which for teenagers is a rarity

We booked this trip through the Viator App and the whole booking process was easy to follow with subsequent communications being excellent. The trip was very good with the bus driver communicating the days schedule very well and the activities in the park being excellent, the boat trip and crocodile show were particularly good and were must do things in the park. If you want to get pretty close to crocodiles and see them in action, this is a must do trip and I would highly recommend it to anybody.

Being able to get up close with the animals is amazing, especially the kangaroo/wallaby exhibit and the crocodiles on the boat ride.
