Hard Rock is our go to when we travel, we’ve always had consistently good experiences. Denise made our lunch with her vibrant, friendly service. The food itself was perfect.
Food was great and portions were big , pace is cool , don’t forget to stop at the gift shop 😊thank you!
It was a disappointment from the get go. It was mostly empty in the early afternoon and we stopped in for a few drinks and an app. We asked the hostess for a table by the outside railing to people watch and enjoy the breeze. We were told that they were all dirty. When I told her she could clean one for us it seemed like the idea of doing that was a new concept to her. It did get cleaned and we got the table we asked for. Our waiter was friendly and on top of everything, but the nachos were a disappointment with almost no toppings. Just go for the drinks and not the food as far as I'm concerned, because if something as easy as nachos are bad then the rest of the food must be bad.

When we arrived they gave us a table immediately but there were many tables free gave us one at the tip, stuck to the bar. We asked for change and were told that the remaining tables were reserved or dirty. However the tables were not occupied while we were there. The food and the waitress's attention was fine. Then we went to the shop to buy souvenirs and we were delivered the purchase without bag! Truth as a Hard Rock fan a disappointment
This restaurant is open to the elements and was overrun with pigeons. The birds are allowed free rein and staff do nothing to discourage them from roaming under and around the dining tables. When I expressed fear and concern, I was told the birds are harmless and to simply ignore them. We chose to leave.
Drinks were good - food came reasonably quick. Our waiter was so funny. Food is reasonably priced. It wasn't busy around 2 pm when we went. They said a live band plays at night on weekends. It's also on the second floor on the main beach walk strip so easy to get to.

My cousins were hungry after just arriving on the island. They just wanted to snack—and I mentioned the Hard Rock Cafe had great appetizers. We were seated upstairs by the balcony. Our server was very friendly and helpful. AAA discount.

I was shocked as the price was low. I remember in Disneyworld they wanted $50 a hamburger. My wife & I had a Vegi burger and my son a chicken sandwich. We only drank water as we were dehydrated and the meal with tip came to $65. I almost fell off my chair as I swear it cost more in 1990's NYC when I worked down there. The food was bar/pub fare, nothing fancy.

The most terrible experience ever! 6 people in our eating party despite being a group of 22. 1 person didn't eat and yet they charged us for 9 meals! I initially paid the bill (as horrendous as it was!) and then went back to query it. I was refunded $117.00 for the mistake with no apology! The tip was nearly $50! I should have queried that too! Will never go back there!

We love these restaurants. The food is very good all over the world. We always eat the same thing. Location is cool and great in the middle of Waikiki.
