Important Information

- If you are pregnant you are not permitted. (Safety harness goes across your stomach and holds the entire weight of your body.)
- If you have back, neck, joint or muscular problems you should carefully consider whether to participate.
- You do not need previous ziplining experience.
- You should have a reasonable level of fitness.
- Children aged 6-12 are not recommended to participate in the Roller Zip Line Round
- Hotel pick up may be 30-60 minutes prior to tour Start time/Departure time. Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
- You must weigh less than 265 pounds (120 kg).
- Transfers outside Phuket Town are available for an additional surcharge, to be paid directly to the operator. Service areas include: Layan Beach, Naithon Beach, Nai Yang Beach, Mai Khao Beach, Ao Por (THB500 per person or THB300 per person if there are 2 customers or more)
- Choice of several start times - 08.00am, 10.00am, 13.00pm and 15.00pm

Many visitors, so the zipline routes are fully booked and you have to book 1 day in advance. You have to wait over an hour for the scooter and the prices for a tour with ziplines are between 2000THB and 3000THB. The scooter cost 1000 THB. The karting track is rather small and less interesting for adults alone. Otherwise it is a pleasant place and I can well imagine that the ziplines are fun if you are willing to pay the price and book early.

We opted for the 18 zip package which was fab. We were collected from our villa at the time stated and dropped home again afterwards at a time that suited us once we had eaten (we opted to have tea and cake at the Baboon cafe which was beautiful but expensive). Everything was very well organised and safety was absolutely key. It was a great fun way to spend the morning.

This was a great adventure, but not enough that I would return. The staff and concept are great, but it's essentially GoApe in Thailand. All very safe but no gloves provided which meant by the end our hands were raw. Now, I'm a little bias becauseI've been ziplining in Costa Rica which truly was above the treetops- this is not and you don't see much. It's also sweltering and for each activity you have to climb the same steep hill ... That said for what it was it was good. Depending on the package you get lunch included which wasn't too bad and a photographer follows you around - you can get all the pictures for around 1000bhat. Also went on the Roller ride which was a bit hairy because due to no gloves, it was really difficult to grip and hold on and if you Let go, you go upside down. TAKE GLOVES off you do this activity. Also shop around for deals -Viator is extortionate in Comparison to the deal I got with Ticket2Attraction - I saved around £70 for the same package including transfers. That was also cheaper than booking direct.

As quickly as it began, it ended. The zipline itself lasted for about half an hour, then it ended. Not worth the money you paid for. Gets the feeling that you want to make as much money from tourism as possible. Would have liked my money back.

Liars and thieves!! So many other places to go in Thailand. Hard pass. My packages promised me to take me back to my hotel. After I was done charged me an expensive price to get me and my small children back. I’m traveling as a single woman with my kids. Really disgraceful
Dear Erika, Firstly you did not even book this with IAsia Thailand but direct to the park. How do i know? We include transfers. Please post in the correct business next time. I have called Hanuman and they have drafted me the following. "Dear Ms Erika, I wont thank you for your review as we know about you. You booked the package WITHOUT Hotel TRANSFERS!! You booked the ticket only. You also slipped up as well as how did you get to the park? You made your own way there as well.... So as a single mother you can take your children to the park yourself which is fine but on the way back you expected us to pay for you? You asked the team, they told you the price and you created drama (since the morning) and its disgraceful that you wanted a free ride with other guests who paid for this. Why did you not book a taxi back yourself? Why did you not buy this in the beginning? This is your mistake and not ours and by pulling the single mother card all day is disgraceful. Thanks, Hanuman"
Great time going across the zipline and the guides explained and ensured our safety throughout. While there was a small wait time, it was always to ensure appropriate safety. The roller was great fun and an adrenaline rush for all

The normal zipline was quite disappointing as its not as fast as expected. While the safety of the zipline is maximised with 3 total guides for one group (two zipline guides and one photographer) this seems excessive as I feel most people can independently clip and unclip with adequate safety guidelines prior to ziplining. This made the whole process slow also considering a group of 10 that each guide had to assist. However, the roller zipline was super fun and viewing the GoPro video after was quite cool.

The zip line experience was great, but unfortunately despite their explicit promise they’ve charged us 300 THB for one way (we arrived by ourselves and sent our driver away after they’ve agreed to drive us all back) per each person who registered for the Skywalk only. So we paid 1,500THB for a drive that would have cost 400 at the most. What a pity. It ruined the whole experience 🥲

After checking I see the transfers are included in the price of the zip line that you chose and paid for so if you made your own way this is your choice. Prices include return transfers and if you did not want the transfers you should let us know before. Really great fun! The guides made the experience so amazing! Special thanks to Peter and James on the ziplines... the views from the top were gorgeous. Added to the professionalism is the attention to detail like including lunch and a transfer in the package. I bought my package through TAGTHAI which was excellent value.

good experience, the tour guides were nice and the buffet was pretty good as well. wasn’t my favorite thing we did here but was still fun.
