We can say we have been to pig island, thats about it. Snorkelling was pointless as no life underneath us, pig island is literally for the pigs, had no shoes as they were kept on the boat so had to dodge the pig poo. The last island was again pointless although we ate, food was nice but cold. We also didn’t have the best weather so that may have impacted slightly on the experience!
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment regarding the snorkeling conditions, as marine life can vary depending on weather and sea conditions, which unfortunately were not ideal on the day of your trip. Regarding Pig Island, we appreciate your comments and understand your concerns. We will certainly pass this feedback to the team to improve the overall guest experience, including better guidance about appropriate footwear. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the food, although we sincerely apologize that it was not served as warm as expected. This is something we will address with our team to ensure improvement. Your feedback is very important to us, and we truly appreciate your honesty. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future. Kind regards,
