Half day adventure - Nevsky, Vitosha Hoof, Boyana and Horse Ride

This is really a spectacular half day tour around Sofia and the beautiful nature :)!During the 6,5 hours trip, you will see really amazing places, starting from our meeting point St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, then going by car/van to the breathtaking, 186-metre tall TV tower - Kopitoto ("The Hoof"), situated on top of Vitosha mountain at 1,348 m altitude. You will have unique opportunity to walk around the cliff and take stunning pictures of Sofia from the TOP :)! Next stop will be the UNESCO heritage - about 900 years old - Boyana Church. After the visit we will bring you to a very nice traditional Bulgarian restaurant. When we finish our lunch we will go to another amazing place in the nature - Plana mountain (we do horse riding there)! Afterwards, we will bring you back to the starting point in Sofia - St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral :)!

Itinerary
This is our meeting point and all travelers will have the opportunity to go inside the cathedral before we start our trip! You will see Iconic Bulgarian Orthodox church with Neo-Byzantine architecture & an underground museum. This is the biggest Orthodox cathedral in Bulgaria!
We will drive by car/van to our beautiful Vitosha mountain! The highest point of the mountain is around 2300 meters altitude and its also a ski resort in winter!
You will see on our next stop will be the breathtaking, 186-metre tall TV tower - Kopitoto ("The Hoof"), situated on top of Vitosha mountain at 1,348 m altitude. You will have unique opportunity to walk around the cliff and take stunning pictures of Sofia from the TOP :)! You will also see the old and abandoned lift station there.
Next stop will be the popular UNESCO heritage - about 900 years old - Boyana Church. This is one of the oldest churches in Bulgaria and it has so much history!
We will bring you to a very nice traditional Bulgarian restaurant for lunch :)! You will have the pleasure to try different homemade Bulgarian dishes.
Next stop will be an amazing place in the middle of Plana mountain where we will do horse riding in the nature :). You will enjoy the beautiful nature while riding a horse :)!

Half Day Tour. Windy road up & down the vitosha&Plan mountain area with a few historical stops. Great traditionelle food and ♥️ the horse ride. The riding was accompanied with guides that were really good and the horses are well taken care of. Our guide was great took fotos, made a video for us and was well informed. Thank you for the trip - you made it better even though the weather was against us.

We had the absolute best time on this tour. Rado was super flexible on our arrangements and the service was top notch. I had no idea we would see as much as we did. The coolest part - he put together a video highlighting our journey on a map with pictures at all the interest points. Such a fun keepsake! Rado was a wealth of knowledge about the history and culture of the region, and he was super easy to talk with. It was the best day on our trip - and I would recommend him and this tour a million times over! You definitely will not be disappointed with your adventure!
