Stuck

Started well, until we couldn't find a placard, on my iPhone I couldn't reach the help to solve it, so we stuck, we were only at the 3rd assignment! Then asked for help, no response!! So forced to stop, so very sorry!!

Recommended!

It was a nice exploration walk, the first few questions were quite easy. Then a question came up that we really had to look for. Once you have that solution, you can also answer the following questions quite easily. So something more difficult would sometimes be welcome or perhaps more variety in the solution. It is nice that you can also ask for a tip for difficult(er) questions. All in all, a nice walk along special places and definitely recommended. We were picked up by tuk tuks at the end of the treasure hunt and then had dinner at a beach pavilion. Was a lot of fun. The starting point of the treasure hunt was also centrally located and easily accessible by public transport. The directions on how to walk were good.

Operator response

Thank you for sharing your experience with us and for your valuable feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the exploration walk and found the first few questions easy to navigate. We appreciate your suggestion for more variety or increased difficulty in some of the challenges to enhance the experience further. It's great to know that you found the option to ask for tips helpful for tackling more difficult questions. We're also pleased that you found the starting point centrally located and easily accessible by public transport, and that the directions provided were clear. It sounds like you had a fun and enjoyable time, especially with the tuktuks and the beach pavilion afterward. Your comments are important to us as we strive to improve our treasure hunts and provide memorable experiences for all our participants. If you have any further suggestions or if there's anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to let us know. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back for another adventure soon.

Not recommended. It was not easy to use and definitely not worth the effort. Probably an audio version would ha e been better

Fun way to see the city!

We enjoyed this little story-based self-guided tour. It was an interesting way to experience the history without being stuffy. It does only take you around the central part of the city, but it fit into our timetable nicely.

Friendly, we don’t regret having discovered The Hague in this way

It was a great outing, great discoveries in the city but a little too fast... and it's a shame that it's only in English... We might have preferred a little more length... but the story and the puzzles themselves were really well done!

Operator response

We're thrilled you enjoyed the outing, though I do apologize if it felt a bit rushed. Your feedback is truly valuable. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Looking forward to more adventures with you!

Rather lukewarm...

The story was lame and badly translated into German, the puzzles weren't really challenging. We expected more...

Operator response

We apologize that your experience with the story and puzzles in German did not meet your expectations. Your feedback about the story and puzzle difficulty is important and will be considered for future improvements. If you have further details or suggestions, please feel free to share them with us.
