The concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau (1941-1945) is known across the whole world as a symbol of Nazi genocide and terror. Important note! You choose your preferred pickup time. Your preferred time is not guaranteed. Departure is possible between 5:00 AM and 1:30 PM. You will be informed about the exact departure time the day before the tour. We will pick you up from your accommodation/hotel address or meeting point in the city center of Cracow (alternatively as close as possible of your address) For customers who do not require pickup, the tour begins at one of 3 meeting points to choose from in the city center.

- The maximum size of backpacks brought into the Museum cannot exceed dimensions 30x20x10 cm.
- For all bookings we need full names of all participants (same as in ID or passports). You will be also asked to have your ID during the tour.
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- Due to drastic content, the tour is recommended for children older than 14, altough it is not forbidden for younger children to take part if their guardians wish to take them.

Magda the tour guide was very informative on the Super Cracow Tour to Auschwitz Birkenau. She explained all of the atrocities that took place which the Nazis did at the Concentration Camps. She handled a sensitive subject very well. The tour covered the gas chambers, prison, accommodation, workers conditions and the poor treatment of the people in the Concentration Camps. This is a good Tour for those interested in history. The taxi to take you from your accommodation to the tour bus which arrived early. I would recommend this tour for anyone wanting to visit Auschwitz Birkenau.
The experience was amazing. The guide’s storytelling was really touching and let us into a totally different world. The only minus: There was not a proper lunch break.
Our guide was extremely good - she was very good in story telling and we were thrilled to lasten to her.
So after posting a review I then see a message from them in my inbox last year saying this (I'll post photo). Trying to redirect my review to a company spelt wrong deliberately so noone would find the review. So here's another for trying to ensure my review is silenced. It absolutely won't be. The tour was very well organised from the pick-up till the return. Both tour guides were very nice and they presented the facts in a very attractive way. The bus was also very comfortable. What we didn’t like is the fact that we selected the pick up at 10:00 AM and one day before we received a mail with another time, 07:00 AM. It was a bit early for us. I think is better to send the modification on a message also because we saw the e-mail very late. I recommend this tour. Thanks
