This tour was an Amazing experience. Our guide Andrea was lovely! She was a wealth of knowledge and she made the trip fun! There were other guides with Andrea that were also very friendly and attentive! It’s a long day but we loved every minute of our experience! Thank you Andrea!!
The trip was good and I would recommend it, however, when we finally made our way to the very top, some platforms were close and the one that was open, we unfortunately could not see anything due to weather conditions. I guess you just never know when you book these adventures.
I enjoyed the experience but a very expensive trip. It was also very busy so there was lots of waiting in queues.
We had wonderful trip to Jungfrau, our guide Rita was excellent, she was very helpful and informative during the trip. Beautiful scenery and charm of swiss countryside can't be described in photos, this is much have experience and we recommend this tour.
The entire experience is good but there are no signs or guides to warn of pickpockets on the mountain top, especially in the Ice Palace.
We had so much fun on this day trip!! We got picked up from Lucerne and just the drive from Lucerne to Interlaken on the bus was BEAUTIFUL. Not too much time spent in Interlaken, just enough for a quick bite. The cable car from Grindelwald was AMAZING. The top of Jungfraughjoch was such a unique experience. It was snowing when we were there and pretty cloudy, but being outside there was so cool. Exploring everything else was fun too. The train ride down the mountain was magical and I suggest you sit on the left side of the train.
Awesome from beginning to end, wonderful and informative tour guides. Would do it again but bring warmer clothes.
Dear Jose_V, thanks for your fantastic review! We're glad you had a great experience and appreciate your feedback.
We were lucky enough to have the amazing Adolpho as our guide. He provided much general information about Switzerland and specifics about the Bernese Alps and was thoroughly attentive and enjoyable. We began the trip extremely disappointed because the Itinerary in the website stated that we would spend an hour in Grindelwald, a village that I very much wanted to see. Instead we only disembarked from the train and boarded the gondola to Eiger. We also ended the trip disappointed because the weather and clouds precluded us from being able to go outside or have any views from the top. I still enjoyed our day and gave five stars for Adolpho and the general enjoyable nature of the bus and activities but beware the false itinerary!!
Dear G2355MOpattyd, we are sorry to hear that you had some glitches during the tour, though thank you so much for taking the time to share your review!
Great tour meeting expectations. Only negative was the tour bus arrived about 15 to 20 minutes late from Zurich (our pickup was Lucerne). This resulted in less time at our first stop. The tour director and driver were great. Provided alot of knowledge about the sights and insights as to how to maximize the time we had on the tour.
Dear Guest, thank you so much for taking the time to share your review! We're thrilled to hear that you had an amazing time on the tour.
Buyer beware this tour group is difficult to communicate with. This tour was purchased as a gift for my mother (83) and aunt (70). Prior to the tip I attempted multiple times (over the course of 5 weeks) to connect to determine meeting location but was met with no response. A call to Viator was helpful in assuring the company was legit, their customer service is always top notch. Meeting location was listed as a tourist bus station which is huge. Despite walking the area the night before and arriving an hour early they were unable to connect with the tour guide. The directions were impossibly vague and they spent hours trying to find them and being instructed to purchase their own train tickets to try to meet up with the group. After an additional $100 per person they met the group over halfway through the trip only to be rudely greeted with “why are you so late?” By the tour guide. My mother spent much of the day crying and this broke them both. They said they saw more on their train ride on their own than they did with the tour. There was no assistance or service of any kind with the group so it was a huge waste of time and created so much emotional distress. The locations are stunning and with seeing, but this tour from Yo Tours is not worth the money at all. Vague instruction, lack of response a rude “welcome” to the group and lack of real “guidance” this is not a tour at all but rather transportation with an added fee.
Dear D7698IHheidim, thanks for your feedback and we completely understand your inconveniences, though upon checking, we have identified that the information were shared duly in advance, our team has connected with the given number on the booking but there was no response might be due to the time difference, later we have supported them throughout the tour, so that they can join us from the next location as they missed the bus in Lucerne.
