Don't book through Viator! Our tickets for too much money: €40.00 for 2x 65+ ordered online. The mail with our ordered tickets were not accepted at the box office. Bought 2 new tickets at the box office at €9,00!

The Bilbao Museum would not honor the bar code on either form of reservation I presented . Both on my phone or printed reservation . They implied I was breaking the law by trying to use what I was sent by your company. Thiss was extremely embarrassing and wrong. Finally when I demanded to speak with someone higher up they let me in but only after insisting that my reservation was wrong because it was not made through their website. They wanted me to purchase new tickets. This was a horrible experience which I urge you ro investigate. The date of this incident was June 5th 2026.
