Nora, is an excellent guide! She helped us truly understand the museum inside and outside with history, the basque culture, and humor! One of the best guides we have had this trip to Spain!
Nora is an incredible guide! She brought in history, Basque culture, and lots of information about the museum outside and art inside. So worth it! Her knowledge and tour helped to truly understand the museum. She is one of the best guides we have had in Spain while traveling!
Visit with a guide is fundamental otherwise was visit to see works without understanding anything of what represents who was the artist
Excellent tour with great depth of knowledge about the art and building. We enjoyed the tour a lot!!
Excellent tour that gave background about Bilbao, the museum and how it was built and the art.
It was good to have a guide but for us it was too expensive. US$100 each. The add suggested prices started st $36. We had changed the settings to our currency but the bill changed it to US$ which i didn't notice. My fault. I would not have purchased this tour if I had realized the account was not in our currency.
Appreciated the information provided but for price of this tour not value for money. Would have liked more information; the guide started to talk about a topic but didn’t continue because of lack of time - suggest not starting a topic if there’s insufficient time to explain. Wasted time at beginning of tour as guide wasn’t at meeting point provided. Tour felt generally disorganised as guide sometimes didn’t know where to find what she was looking for.
José was a very interesting and educational guide who knew his way around all of the floors of the museum!
Our guide Jose was exceptional! His knowledge and demeanour were very good. He explained all about the building it’s history and the history of Bilbao. He gave excellent insight into the artists and their works. A truly enjoyable experience.
Lots of good information about the museum and the art that you can’t really get from a self guided tour.
