I would like to share my overall experience with the car rental service over the past two days, which has been quite mixed. Yesterday’s experience was not good. However, today’s experience was very good. The process was smooth, the vehicle was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was professional, efficient, and very accommodating. It truly felt like a completely different level of service compared to yesterday.
Dear madam： Thank you very much for sharing your feedback. We truly value your comments and are glad to hear you and your guest were satisfied with the service on the second day. Regarding the first day, there may have been a misunderstanding. Our process is to reserve a vehicle only after receiving payment (at least a deposit), as vehicles may be booked by other guests at any time. In your case, the requested vehicle was a Maybach, which is a luxury-class vehicle with a high rental cost. Once reserved, we must pay the fleet immediately. The night before, we reminded you that a deposit was needed to secure the vehicle. However, no deposit was made, and when we saw your message (sent around 10 p.m. the previous night) the next morning, the Maybach had already been booked by another guest. After discovering this, we tried calling you several times but could not get through. As we did not have the passenger’s name or phone number, we left you a message on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Since we cannot assign a different vehicle without your confirmation, we were unfortunately unable to provide service that day. The next day, you booked a car for the following day and completed the payment in advance, which allowed us to secure both the vehicle and driver.
