Group Salsa Class in Cartagena, Colombia

Description
There’s no better way to connect with Cartagena’s heart and soul than through its music and dance — Crazy Salsa is the dance school in town, with years of experience sharing our passion with the world since 2009. Learning to dance our rhythms isn’t just fun — it’s a cultural bridge. It helps you understand the joy, energy, and warmth that define our people. You won’t just be a tourist — you’ll feel like part of the culture, moving to the same beats that bring us together every day. Cartagena is more than its stunning islands and colonial streets. It’s also found in the laughter, the movement, the music in the plazas, and the spontaneous joy of dancing with locals. This experience gives you a deeper, more human connection to the city — because nothing brings people together like music and dance. You’ll walk away not just with new steps, but with memories, stories, and maybe even new friendships. Don’t just see Cartagena — dance it.

I did this class on a girls trip. So much fun. Studio is beautiful. Instructor was very patient and steps were clear and easy to understand. Overall great experience.
So much fun! Esteban our instructor was patient and energetic and really did a great job of teaching the steps. The class was small, 5 couples, so we got some nice personalized attention.
A must do to kick start your trip. The instructor was really good! This was the first thing I did on my first night and I loved it!
Showed up for appointment and was told the time on Viator was incorrect and the class had started 1 hour earlier. Thru our timing off for the night and we missed out on the class.
Clear and simple instructions. Relaxed environment In the city of salsa seems rude not to try it. Enjoyable
It was my first time participating in a salsa class an I am happy coming away from it with the knowledge that I have about the dance and how to!! 😊
I dance salsa for a very long time, but I still participated, also hoping to dance afterwards.. The dance teacher is young, the content average and we were also only 6 , of which 4 from a family.. When you offer something like this in Cartagena and charge a lot of money for it, it is cheeky to say the least.
This was my favorite part of the trip! We were late so tbey honored our payment to do the Cumbia class, but I got to do some of the salsa class and now I’ve learned to salsa. So much fun and you have the option to buy drinks!
Good experience for beginners in the Sauce. The teacher explained well and we had a good time:)
Learned salsa and bachata dancing, with a very good instructor who explained in a simple and clear way. The facilities are nice and easy to join in
