Pickup Locations & Times
All travelers are required to be in their lobby area at least five(5) minutes before the pick up time. Travelers are encouraged to reach out to provider if they have a special request. Each person should take with them a closed toe shoe and a towel. Drivers will have a name sign upon pickup to allow a smooth pickup experience.
