Wonderful sunset Great Ocean Road trip.

Here's a polishe We had an amazing journey from Melbourne CBD to the Great Ocean Road. The trip was smooth, safe, and comfortable, thanks to the clean and spacious bus. Tony was an exceptional guide and driver—friendly, professional, and always ensuring our safety. We stopped at all the attractions listed in the itinerary and had ample time to appreciate each location. The breathtaking sunset at London Bridge and Razorback was the highlight of the trip. A fantastic experience from start to finish! Highly recommended.

29 seater bus was very uncomfortable for a 13 hour trip. The stops were not long enough. Less stops with longer at the scenic areas would have been better. 1 hour for lunch also not long enough. The guide didn’t give much information and what was said was very difficult to hear. The suspension on the bus was non existent and I would say the last 3 rows of seats had an extremely uncomfortable and at times painful trip home especially from the last stop to the M1. I now have severe lower back pain and seeking advice as to what recourse if any I can get. Unfortunately I have to say that I would not recommend this great ocean road trip with your company. Very disappointed.

The tour is well thought out. They drive to the best vantage points and give plenty of time to take pictures. The coastline is really lovely.

A very long day so it's a bit uncomfortable sitting for several hours on the coach, but well worth the trip. Spectacular scenery, and always enough time to walk to lookouts, take photos and get back to the coach on time. Vance the driver/guide was knowledgeable and friendly. A bonus was London Bridge which many tours don't go to, and another was seeing koalas in the wild. Highly recommended.

Operator response

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the scenery, the stops at the lookouts, London Bridge, and the wild koalas. It’s also great to know that Vance provided a friendly and knowledgeable experience. We really appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you on another tour soon.

Nice and exciting trip down the Great Ocean Road - unfortunately in the old and noisy bus

We had a wonderful long trip down the Great Ocean Tour, until we reached the peak point which of course was the twelve apostles. Totally magical. There were some nice stops on the trip, which made you not feel that the trip was so long down there. Our guide Vance was informative and very good at managing our large group, so everyone came on time and the trip continued as planned. He also showed us real wild koalas and not anyone who was in a Sanctuary. The biggest and only minus of the whole experience was the old bus. The seating comfort was really bad, but the worst was the Vance microphone that laughed and noisy, which meant we didn’t get all the information. However, we could hear most of it where those behind had difficulty hearing. We also experienced that the bus could not start, but that he also got fixed. It's just not good enough for provider side

Beautfiful scenery

Gorgeous scenery everywhere but time allotted at stops was way too short. I’m a really fast walker and i didnt make it to quite a few points. Seeing wild koala mama with her joey was the highlight.

Operator response

Hi Lily, thank you for your feedback. The Great Ocean Road tour is indeed a long itinerary, and we try to include as many highlights as possible so guests can experience the key sights along the way. Because of this, there are quite a few stops, which can make the time at each location feel short. If you’d like a slower pace and a more in-depth experience of the Great Ocean Road, we recommend considering our 2-day tour next time. We’re glad to hear that spotting the wild koala with her joey was a highlight!
