Pickup Locations & Times
If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick-up time. This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 8:00 to 8:30 am, TULUM ZONE between 7:00 to 8:00 am. We will be arriving to the park at 9:30 am. The second is for a noon tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 12:00 to 12:30 Pm, TULUM ZONE between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be arriving to the park at 1:30 pm. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. For Tulum hotels and airbnbs the special meeting point will be Super Aki Tulum Supermarket at downtown. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off.

- Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.
- Weight limit restriction is strictly observed.
- For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.
- It is recommended to bring a change of clothes, towel, closed shoes, bathing suit, biodegradable sunscreen and repellent, sunglasses and bandana.

This was an awesome experience and our guide Alan was there every step of the way to make sure that my husband and 14-year-old and felt comfortable the entire time when it came to swimming in the cenote, zip lining, and ATV riding. My only piece of advice would be to bring or buy gear to not get dust in your face for the ATV rides.
My boyfriend and I had a great time! Initially we just paid for the general experience but were offered the “VIP” package which included tequila tasting and private cenote swimming (with other people who paid for VIP) and all you can eat tacos. The staff was very friendly. All in all, it was a very fun experience and would book again in the future!
The zip lining was for beginners, they weren’t high up at all and they were very quick. The ATVs were cool but an older couple rode in front of me and it just wasn’t fun because they went slow through every bump instead of speeding up. The cenote was fun but also went by quickly. The food offered was so-so.
George was awesome! Very safe and fun for all levels! We did this on a bachelorette and it was the highlight of our trip! Great food too!!
