Upon landing at Sangster International Airport (MBJ), simply exit the customs area and head to the arrivals lobby, where your personal driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name. In the unlikely event that you cannot locate your driver immediately, please remain in the arrival area and reach out to us via WhatsApp for prompt assistance. There’s no need to worry about flight delays or early arrivals — we monitor all flights in real-time to ensure your driver is there when you land. We offer a complimentary wait time of up to 60 minutes after your flight touches down. For your departure, your driver will meet you in the hotel lobby or designated pickup area at the confirmed time. To ensure a timely departure, we recommend being ready at least 10 minutes early. To stay connected, please make sure your mobile number is active on WhatsApp on the day of travel. If you're traveling with infants or small children, we provide complimentary child or baby seats upon request — just let us know during booking. Our driver Lenny was waiting for us upon arrival. He was friendly and informative and the drive went smoothly. He even stopped for a fresh coconut for us on the journey!
Troy was a great driver. He knows about the culture and was very informative. He was respectful and very prompt! He was our driver to and from the airport. We also contacted him to take us off the resort because he was more affordable. Highly recommend
