On this trip you meet TOP 10 of Gran Canaria sightseeing points and learn about canarian culture and cuisine. Cheese, mojo sauce and honey rum tasting included! Our local guide will take you to Dunes of Maspalomas and the former astronomic observatory, where you will look at the sky of Guanches. We stop in Tunte to get lost for a while in charming Old Town. Be ready to discover hidden places while driving through Valley of 1000 Palms and Almonds Valley - capital of almonds trees. During the day we will reach up to mountains enjoying a view of romantic Roque Nublo and the highest peak of the island. We will find some time for lunch. We will also show you Old Town of Teror with its basilic.

Simon is very knowledgeable about the history of the island. Our 8 hours tour gave us a good overview of the main sites of Gran Canaria. Do bring warm clothes as it was 9C at the highest altitude. Thank you!

We were promptly picked up where we had agreed with Simon, our guide for the day. An incredibly friendly and cheerful man with limitless knowledge about the island of Gran Canaria, the history, people, local dishes and the natural diversity of the beautiful island! He knows just about everyone and treated us to beautiful, fun and tasty stops. It was a wonderful day that even my two daughters, aged 15 and 13, really enjoyed. Highly recommended and definitely worth the money!!!

I joined this tour with my friend. It was a small group of 4 people in total so it was more comfortable compared to big tours. We really enjoyed all the stops, in particular Teror. Simon have a lot of interesting information about the culture and history of the island. A tip from me is to bring nausea medicine if you suspect you may have car sickness since the mountain roads have a lot of curves. I definitely recommend this tour if you want to see cute Canarian towns and try local food!
