The tour begins from the tourist town of Bugibba, where the modern and stable catamaran Sea Adventure departs on an unforgettable two island cruise. From the open sea, you will experience Malta from a truly unique and beautiful vantage point. We cruise close to the coast, witnessing Malta’s magnificent naturally formed coastline, including its enormous cliffs, rocky nooks and crannies. You will pass the tiny Island of St. Paul’s, viewing the statue of the apostle Saint Paul, rising high into the sky. You will visit magnificent sea caves, allowing you the opportunity to take amazing photographs.
To reach the departure location from Mellieha, take a bus heading towards St Pauls Bay and get off at the Parades bus stop. Bandieri is the nearest bus stop to your destination. Once you arrive at Bandieri, you will have a short 5-minute walk to the departure location
Arriving at the famous Blue Lagoon, we moor for another hour in a prime area; you will have the best view from our docking position. Use the boat as a base, utilising all its fantastic facilities.
We spend approximately 10 minutes in Crystal Lagoon; we stop only for photo opportunities and to visit the sea caves.
The land transport from the harbour to the capital city of Gozo is included in the price. This small city has a wealth of charm and history to explore, and the first known settlers date back to the Neolithic times. The crown jewel of Victoria is the Citadel a fortified town which rises high above the narrow winding streets of the city below. St. Georges Basilica is found down in the town square. The basilica is entirely coated with marble, while the canopy over the high altar is gilded in bronze and gold. All paintings in the dome and ceiling are by Giovanni Battista Conti of Rome. One of the fascinating parts of the basilica is the statue of St. George, sculpted in wood by Pawlu Azzopardi in 1838.
With the day drawing to a close, we start our cruise back to Bugibba. En-route, we enter the Santa Maria pirate caves and view the “Elephants Head”, a fantastic rock formation.
Use the boat as a base or go ashore and explore.

Despite a slightly chaotic check-in (the email a few hours before the trip startet went to spam), this tour was absolutely worth it. The morning slot was perfect before Victoria and the Citadel got too hot. The Blue Lagoon afterwards was gorgeous and refreshing – the boat slide is a blast and the onboard toilets were surprisingly clean.Crucial tips: Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure, bring a sun umbrella for the waiting times on Gozo, and make sure to register online for the correct time slot (afternoon for trips that start at 10 am) for the Blue Lagoon! We would definitely do it again.
Goodvalue for the money. But the registration process was confusing.. We needed to download special pass for visiting the Islands and it was confusing and cumbersome. There were 3boats and no one guided us clearly to the correct boat. We. Lost time in this. The choice of beach vs city at Cozo was a last minute question and we were rushed as they was a big line. When we were waiting to board back in Gozo there were too many boats and confusing again. Overall - good but it would be good to have more clear instructions through the trip advisor website or atleast get an email to explain the process ahead of time so we can be ready for the day.
The crew were fantastic. Communication very good.
No safety announcement, no customer manifest and overcrowded. We and 10 other passengers were abandoned in Gozo after our allotted coach left BEFORE our agreed departure time. That they didn’t know we’d been left behind is the worrying bit - there is no checking passengers on and off and the staff are indifferent and rude. Had I not persisted in calling via WhatsApp we’d all still be in Gozo now ! Passengers are herded on and off the boat and coaches and it’s everyone for themselves. I’d recommend taking the cheap and reliable ferry to Gozo which is definitely worth a visit.
Great experience on board Good compromise between enjoying the ocean and historical visits
Disappointed in the trip. Overcrowding in Vittoria, Gozo with only one site that was recommended to see, the fortress. Not enough time to explore other options.. The Blue Lagoon had over 2 dozen boats..again over crowded.
The stop at Blue Lagoon was far too short, but what made it truly unacceptable was where the boat anchored: so far from the actual swimming area that we had to walk 20 minutes each way just to reach the water. That's 40 minutes of your already limited time wasted on foot, which completely defeats the purpose of the trip. To make matters worse, this boat offers nothing you couldn't get elsewhere, and for less.
It was beautiful and calm. I like the view and the atmosphere, good food, cocktails, cold beer. I can recommend it!
Gozo - a very nice traditional island! Ta-Pinu - beautiful church ! Gozo- must visit in Malta! I recommend.
They skipped the crystal lagoon, skipped the Maria Cave; it was now just a very expensive ferry service straight to Gozo. Not first to Valletta or Sliema, but directly to Gozo.
