It is about 7,800 square meters and is located on the Aventine Hill. It was built to offer public access to the view from the side of the hill, creating a new '' belvedere '', to add to the existing views in Rome from the Pincio and Gianicolo.
It is a marble mask in Rome, Italy, that stands against the left wall of the portico of the church of Santa Maria in Cosmedin, in Piazza della Bocca della Verità. It attracts visitors who boldly draw their hand into their mouths.

We did this golf cart tour in Rome with our family and it was truly a fantastic experience! It’s the perfect way to explore the Eternal City comfortably, especially if you’re traveling with children or prefer to avoid long walks. The real highlight was the audio guide: clear, engaging, and full of interesting facts about Rome’s main landmarks. It allowed us to enjoy the tour at our own pace while still learning a lot. The itinerary was well organized and gave us the chance to see many iconic spots stress-free, such as the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps, enjoying every moment. The golf cart itself was also comfortable and safe. We highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to discover Rome in a relaxed, practical, and fun way. We would definitely do it again!
Fantastic experience! The golf cart tour in Rome was one of the highlights of our trip. In just a few hours, we saw so many iconic spots without any effort, and our guide was super friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was perfectly organized and very relaxing. Highly recommended—I would do it again in a heartbeat!
The best tour to see in a short time all the monuments and turn around Rome! the driver and 'was really nice and helpful, if I return to Rome I would definitely redo the tour of more hours to see even more things!
Grazie
I booked the private tour guide, with my two daughters (15 and 12 years old). We booked the audio in Italian, guide to see 7/9 seats in Rome, 1.5 hours at a price of 200 euros. We didn't have the guide in any language, we only saw three monuments and driver nn told us nn even a word. We searched you tube for explanations. In short, very disappointed.
Gentilissima, siamo spiacenti ma Le garantisco che da Viator non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna prenotazione riguardo una guida privata e nella vettura viene attivata l'audioguida che spiega i monumenti in tutte le lingue.Grazie
This tour was amazing. The pickup from our hotel was awesome. We saw a lot of the main sights. We had time for photos and a little shopping in some stops. We would do this again. Our tour operator was so kind. He shared historical information for each stop. We absolutely recommend this tour.
Thank you very much
