The tours are just kinds of looking-around. The dinner quality (Luau at Aloha Tower) is not good.

Great times for 8 people on a budget! My 4th time using the pass and it didn't disappoint. Family tried things that they normally wouldn't have because I made reservations and they had to! We had the best vacation ever!

Hello There, We are beyond thankful for your review. This made our day! Your review means a lot to us. We hope to serve you again in the future. Regards, Go City
Horrible customer service. Cannot get a hold of anyone. Had issues with one of the activities reserved following their directions and refused to help me. Customer services is close to non-existent for them, so be aware as they are horrible dealing with unique issues or problems.
I've gotten these before litterally last year. Alot of the thongs I was able to do last year they wanted full price in advance money from my bank which would have been over a thousand dollars and said I would get reimbursed later after the event. Also earthing had a hidden fee. The luau acted like we were bottom feeders because we had go city. I didn't get money's worth at all. The times dont work out anymore than to do more than one thing a day. I felt ripped off.the waterpark was 20 to park in had to buy expensive arm bands after entry cause most of the rides are not included in the 70 dollar admission for non residents. 3 of the slides that did come with admission were closed.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your visit didn't meet your expectations; this certainly isn't the standard we strive for. Your comments regarding upfront charges and the service you received at our attractions are concerning. While our 'Know Before You Go' policy does specify that outside inflatables are prohibited and life jackets are provided free of charge (subject to availability), there should never be additional fees for rides included with your admission. We want to investigate exactly what happened during your stay. Please reach out to us at customerfeedback@gocity.com directly so we can look into your case and work toward a resolution. We value your business and appreciate the chance to make this right.
Paid for 3 passes over $500 but confirmation never came. Tried to contact them on website but they keep asking for order details. My credit card is charged but didn’t get any order details or number. Tried to go to the address on their website which is a hotel and at the lobby the hotel owner has never heard of them and was angry they are using fake address. It is impossible to reach them and get service - STAY away!
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and for the inconvenience caused. Please note that confirmation emails can take up to four hours to arrive due to our fraud check procedure, which helps protect you from phishing, identity theft, and payment fraud. We also recommend checking your junk or spam folder just in case. We’d really like to understand what happened so we can investigate this further. Could you please contact us at customerfeedback@gocity.com with your details? Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Not worth it. If your hoped for attraction is closed for any reason, they wont help you at all. They just said well go see something else then. Except the WHOLE REASON I upgraded to this pass was to go to THIS attraction.
We are very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and that a closure impacted your plans. We understand how disappointing it is when a specific attraction you were looking forward to is unavailable, especially after choosing to upgrade. While our passes feature a wide variety of attractions—with Oahu having over 40+ to choose from—we understand your frustration when a primary choice is inaccessible. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
