The lesson begins with the preparation of gluten free supplì, made with selected ingredients and techniques that guarantee crunchiness and authentic flavor. You will continue with the creation of your gluten-free pizza, learning how to knead special doughs and how to achieve perfect baking. Finally, you will prepare a creamy and natural homemade ice cream. After the preparation, you will sit down at the table to enjoy your creations, accompanied by a glass of Italian wine. A must in Roma for anyone GF

We had the best experience learning to cook Gluten Free Pasta with Christian. The food was delicious and his methods were easy to follow. Such a beautiful location, can’t recommend highly enough ❤️

This class was absolutely incredible! As someone who has to eat gluten-free, finding authentic pasta in Italy can be tough, let alone learning how to make it from scratch. Christian made the experience so much fun! The pasta was the best I’ve ever tasted (gluten free or normal). The highlight of my trip so far- don’t miss it!

The best pizza gluteen free thanks Christian

Christian’s class was fantastic. I had never been able to make pizza before, and he made it easy, fun, and incredibly tasty. The gluten‑free supplì al telefono was a dream, and the strawberry gelato turned out perfect. The setting is stunning — a villa with a garden inside the Appia Antica Park. Christian even showed me a hidden gem on the property. He gifted me his cooking book too, which was such a lovely touch. I’ll absolutely be back.
